trading on AIM will occur under the new company name of Katoro Gold PLC and new ticker symbol "KAT".
Subject to further funding, the Enlarged Group intends to commence production at Imweru with an initial target of 50,000 oz gold per annum within 18-24 months following Admission.

The price of a security that is listed on more than one exchange should be the same after accounting for the difference in exchange rates. The price remains the same due to arbitrage.
If a security trades at different prices on different exchanges, an individual can earn a risk-free profit by simply buying the security on the exchange where it is priced lower and selling on the exchange, where it is priced higher. It is known as an arbitrage trade.

A few months ago everyone was praising RP for having plenty of skin in this company. He owns 27,799,471 shares, representing 16% of the company shares. Now just because we haven't heard much for a while, you're all rounding on him and wanting him out. My average is just above 12p and although I'm a little dissapointed with the sp, I'm staying put for the news.
The weak faires can sell up if they want, I'm going nowhere.
