Loads of 100,000 signature petitions don't even get a debate in parliament and a 17 million plus endorsement was kicked down the road for years, and that doesn't even take account of the fact this is based on a legal point of order not public opinion

My money is on HARL too, why not wait until something is signed, he could have chosen to release a vague "We're near completing" at anytime from months in the past to months in the future, why today?

There's nothing concrete there and it has the vibe of an RNS released to placate the market, not sure why that is needed on the back of a massive rise yesterday and quite likely a bigger one tomorrow. I just think it was unnecessary, and the market didn't take it too well either.

I don't think its a tree shake, it's a tarted up RNS that stinks of desperation, but the anticipation of tomorrow should more than overcome this and I believe we'll end up positive

The timing sounds a little desperate, as to cushion the blow in case of a bad result tomorrow. In any case I'm personally still full of optimism

With a positive JR outcome and positive H1 results, I don't see why he can't get the LTIP requirements met. That would less than £75 million market cap average. Of course this is AIM, but the fact that this is AIM is the only viable reason as to why the SP wouldn't average 37.5p for the last 3 months

I'd say we already had our extended tree shake. I bought back in today and now hold more HARL than I have ever before.

Admittedly there is a temptation to sell a small slice just in case there is a negative outcome and a dip, but I may just bet the farm on it and hold onto it all.

Regardless, I think the H1 results will have far more of an effect than the IM, We knew what was coming for year results about 6 months ahead, and it still shook the market, likewise we know H1 will be massively improved whatever the exact figures turn out to be.

This really is reassuring. We knew it could be Early September in a best case scenario, but there was always the risk of it dragging on for months, with no indication of exactly when, this is better than what we assumed the best case scenario was.

I imagine some people took money out in anticipation of a slow news month, but now it wouldn't be surprising if money flows back into HARL in the run up to the 31st
