Morning Wayne,I am well aware of that although at this point anybody doing an average MBA may have a better chance of getting this company back on its feet, I have never put into question their ability as scientists, however as a management team they stink
Unless you can show me some evidence I have missed

Got my forms yesterday and unless the shareholders group here get any joy I will be voting against it all, and yes may cause short term issues but feel this may force bod to step aside and let somebody with at least some business sense take over the running of the company

I voted against bod twice so if were taking action you can def have my shares to vote with,I'd rather go down fighting than let these bums carry on there lifestyle management

Morning bank, the drugs are already for testing / extended trials so not sure we need them now for their clinical knowledge and I presume the company will own the patients/ IP rights but willing to be told different, this company needs proper management to take it forward even if that is possible now

Perhaps we should all set up a protest group to sort this bunch out?

the problem here is that most holders if they get one deal will then support the bod for a further number of years. my point is no matter what kick them out at the next agm/egm or at least vote against there resoloutions

Most know I have zero faith in any our bod but hats off this "black cat" company seems a right dodgy deal even given all there previous fund raising efforts,sounds like no respected company will have anything to do with them

Does seem that all is going well,understand peoples frustration,but don't forget how the previous bod were doing things,time will tell here and it feels we have a decent bod now

Guys we all had a chance to address these issues last year but the bod was given a vote of confidence at the agm, I voted against but each to there own,however I wouldn't trust this bod as far as I could spit them. Cant see any measurement of business skill between them apart from flexing people of their money,if we last long enough will be interesting how next agm/agm goes

Morning stach,I think our right about phase 3,guess issue is how or who will fund it,and how long it will take,I'm guessing if these results are that impressive then the regulator could rush it through?
