Wouldn’t this kinda decision fall on canmaxs approval?

If so I feel it would be very unlikely given they are already owed so much!

In the April update about the pre payment agreement it there is a section about financial spending and credit management needing canmax to sign off on for both prem and Zulu until there debt has been cleared first.

Correct me if I’m wrong here I could be miss understanding this.

Canmax having financial oversight for the monitoring and controlling of the operational financial activities of both Premier and Zulu Lithium including the final approval of all operational and trade creditor budgets for the utilisation of any funds raised until such time as the Prepayment Amount plus interest has been settled in full.

I was wondering if there was a legal process or procedures in place where company’s need to announce to share holders the plan that they intend to take for the next financial year?

We have our end of year results coming up and I know the bond needs paying and I’m in no way expecting a dividend but shouldn’t we expect some kind of plan what the company is going to do with the money they have made this past year? And then expected forecasts should we expect those? (Altho I’m not expecting them to be worded in a way that helps the company based on past RSN.)

Just wondering I suppose will we see some kind of plan along side the end of year results?

Hi everyone first time poster long time lurker and longer time holder

I had an original entry point at the 56p and have Averaged down to 3.96p so you could say I’m committed to the company after all the stress it’s given me.

I know as share holders we are expecting great things from this company and a lot is being looked into in regards to the finances and actions of the BOD.
My question is do we have an official road map when we are to expect these results and/or other news?

Also in regards of other stock picks can I ask your recommendations to look at I know this is a board for Hur. But some light reading would be good
