Can't u see what's at play here? My Byrne will take part in the placing via the vehicle he used to loan wasabi 1 mill dollars. It's a total scam really and is screwing of all us in the short term.

As per ASX that only just under 7% of rights issue was taken. My gut feeling s the rest will get placed at a substantial discount to the .24 we suspended at. Then big shock, the good news tarts to flow... Or we could simply go under.

Mr Byrne holds 1 million au dollars of these loan notes. Mr Byrne will look after one person and that himself. Reading between the lines he is going to have a cheap lunch here, increase his holding for peanuts and off we go. They knew full well that a rights issue would clearly not work. He had to give the existing shareholders a chance and now someone is going to get a very cheap lunch. All is far from lost here. Best regards for the season all holders.

I topped up 500k this morning at 0.24. I have just topped up a further 200k at exactly 0.24, but could sell 500k at 0.242. Work that one out.

Thanks for up-dating the board. Could be interims + trading up-date in one hit. Personally this is no bad thing, as I have additional funds available shortly and potentially look to increase my holding. There has been a complete change of tactics by the board. Might add an extra 100k but already have a sizeable holding here. Intrigued that results not out yet... Would love to see a few director buys after they are issued. Looking forward to a re-rate here and a steady climb back.

Thanks for the info. The long anticipated half year report should be upon us shortly. Let's hope its an early Christmas present, rather than a mouldy Satsuma and kick in the walnuts.

If DSNS is progressing strongly in the USA, as I am expecting. This could explain the reason for SIMS 4 U investment/acquisition. We currently have an exclusive deal with T Mobile USA, perhaps SIMS 4 U could provide another opportunity with one of the other big mobile network operators in USA or perhaps ASIA. There has to be a strategic reason for this move.

and I expect a more positive tone. I feel DSNS provides our strongest chance of growth and will be interested to see how US SIM market has progressed. No fireworks but steady progress. Don't expect a sudden spike, but sit tight and there could well be a steady New Year re-rate. Best of luck to all holders.

Once again a very quick response from the board here. They do take us long terms PI's seriously and that must be commended. I must say the change of tact regarding market up-dates and good news is a tad frustrating, but in them we do trust (our cash). James, Anthony forwarded to me the e-mail that you sent him about SIMS4U and whether this should have been announced via RNS. At the time of the transaction we consulted with our broker and we ran ‘class tests’ which look at the size of the transaction and the target relative to ourselves. The outcome of the class tests was that the transaction was not something that should be announced to the market via RNS. We will post further details about the transaction in our Annual Report. I emailed Mr Catterson regarding this and await a reply. He has been quick to respond before so will let you know. I expect we shall have to wait for an up-date within pre-lim results. This is looking positive in my opinion for forthcoming news.

Sims 4 U - Have just carried out a company search and both Mr Catterson and Mr Ogle are on the board wef 8th August 13. Looks like an acquisition!! I would suggest this is price sensitive info....

No need for concern and not expecting any big fireworks. A modest profit without the exceptional expenses will do for the first 6 months here. We could see some stong growth is the US DSNS side of things. Lets hope some of the cost cutting is starting to filter through...

To results arriving shortly. Steady growth will be fine with me and no exceptional costs should help. Interestingly the Chinese operation is now up and running, which could provide a substantial revenue stream. Best of luck to all holders here.

It strikes me as a little late in the day for an extension, but like you say this is AIM and anyhting could happen. Dread the thought of the 4:30pm RNS stating we tried very hard but deal is off etc

Are you sure about that? That was certainly how I interpreted the up-date RNS with the 6 month timescale
