I expect 13th March will pass the resolutions and then new directors appointment announced around the AGM. I expect this has already be planned out as change of adviser would likely have an input. New board and then a new direction. There is no guarantee here but very minimal downside at current market capital. Its not just a simple consolidation as the news shares are issued at 50 Australian cense. Previously it was a 1 in 400 consolidation which based on the closing price of 0.25p before Administration would have left those with at £2500 holding with roughly £1000.00. Now if its 1 in 860 its going to be half of that again. I suggest taking the time to read through the report listed via the administrators website.

I would suggest all holders read the report on Ferrier Hodgson website and pay particular attention to page 41. This details the debt for equity proposal. IMO this looks like the only option as the loan note holders will get only 1/10 of their original investments if they decide to wind up the company. If the DOCA is agreed we keep on trading. I do agree, but funding is the first major step towards recovery. I would suggest the price today will look chaep in a weeks time. All IMO of course.

I agree and we have been totally shafted. Maybe if Mr Catterson, Ogle etc had a larger holding this might have played differently. I would suggest PJ knew what he was planning from the start. If PJ has picked up those shares he has to offer 0.61. Very little downside from current price
