Mobile payment platform Bango has seen its share price triple over the past 12 months after a busy year of overseas expansion and deals. Its tie-up with 9mobile in Nigeria will enable customers to pay for their media, games and apps through Google Play, without having a credit card or bank account. The country is the biggest user of mobile internet services in Africa. Shares in the AIM-listed company rose to 242.5p yesterday, rising 7.1 per cent, or 16p.

Bango was the featured company in their 'Stock Watch' piece, which sits within MARKET REPORT in today's Daily Mail which is always good PR!

IT is indeed an RNS to say that Old Mutual have increased their holding by 1% and now hold just shy of 10%. Great news BUT today's fall is baffliling unless they have another big institutional order to fill?? Drop it big time, panic holders in to selling, get loads of sales et voila, we have all the shares we need to fill the order! At least I am hoping that's the reason! ATB

pretty sure that he will be upgrading his share price predictions for 2018. These are particularly strong results but the market will need a few days to fully digest.....

Did I mention WOW!? These are impressive results and in my opinion a major re-rate is on the cards....or continuation. Goodness me this share could really fly over the remainder of 2017. Easily over £5 next year. ATB

yes, I think you may be right as 25% is a bit of a kick in the nuts . . . but it seems to be recovering nicely at this stage so that's making up for it a bit! ATB

totally agree. So much so in fact that I triple checked that today it was going ex-dividend. No idea what caused that sudden drop; like falling off a cliff! Let's just hope that it is factored into today's expected drop; hopefully, it will be by whatever it is, minus last night's 50p!?

With a current market cap of just over £170m, and such a small number of shares in issue, this has every chance of reaching £4 by the year end in my opinion. Sure, we will get a retrace soon, that's to be expected, and any experienced investor will ride it out; but make no mistake folks, this has plenty of legs left in it. This time next year and the share price may well dwarf where we are here and now. ATB
