To be fair , makes a perfectly valid point. This is a penny share listed on AIM - The Wild West Casino! Everyone wants a lower buy-in price, but folk shouldn't constantly be accused of de-ramping if their post doesn't suit an individual's narrative. This could be 50p next month. It could be 15p. It is what it is and will need a lot of news to prop it up, as meaningful revenue is a fair way off still. Again that's a penny share, listed on AIM for you! I am invested here (importantly, financially NOT emotionally) and am therefore interested in all inputs - both positive and negative! ATB

There it is the UT at 242.20. That's a very fine day indeed; effectively it came to a halt at Resistance1.

Tomorrow however, I expect it to retreat a bit, following such a strong run. We shall see!

I did mention on Friday at 16:25, that RR's robust performance (in comparison to the vast majority of FTSE 100 shares on the day), 'bode well' for Monday! Tasty performance going on this morning. Well done Rolls Royce. . . .ATB

Realistically they can choose from RR, GE or Pratt & Whitney. I'd be surprised if he didn't offer just a little wiggle room on the up-front purchase and then make the serious money on the maintenance/flying hours. It's a bit like buying your new car from a main Dealership; they dress it up to make it look like you have a really good deal. This in turn gives you, the buyer, a nice warm feeling. That you're also a very shred negotiator. That you have won. That they really care. And that's exactly when they know they've got you by the fan blades!! They always win!! Lol!! ATB

You must be talking about a different company to me. . . as Rolls Royce is up 134.15% this Calender year. Nothing tricky there! 😃

Personally, I like it that RR are playing 'hard to get'!! You want our World Class Engines in your aircraft, then you pay our prices for them (better than GE engines they are too!). . . . ended up doing pretty well here today.

After yesterdays' strong rise, it was always far more likely than not, that profit-taking would occur today. Absolutely nothing to be worried about. If it remains in the -2p to -3p range by close of play tonight, then I for one, will be very happy with that outcome. We are up just shy of 12% in the last month; which aint to be sniffed at! ATB

That £2.27 is not giving up. SO hard getting beyond it and it then reclaims its spot the very next day (assuming it does by 4.30pm). Hey Ho...

I wrote in response to a member of this board last week (Wednesday 1st November to be precise) with regard to when we would reach and surpass, our all time share high, for the last few years:

"Pappalazz you can expect that 5% to breached in short order; like later this week, or next, I suspect. The force is with us!"
