He should not be allowed to hold any directorships in the UK after what he's done here. Nonexistent regulators.

When you go through the Marula RNS it's absolutely staggering what he's gotten away with. Blesburg tailings with tomra and rados. Chinese joint venture. Copper concentrate plants. Manganese sales. The list goes on and on and on.

Marula is finished. Brewer hasn't announced it officially but he's not done the book for two years in a row.. what does that tell you? He should be banned from running any company for life.

Brewer just dumped 85% of his holding lol jeeeezzz

Also the CEO Lloyd didn't even own a single share until January when the company printed free magic money shares to settle his salary instead of cash (which they didn't have) diluting retail just to give the CEO a manufactured 'skin in the game' narrative (people were calling him out) without him spending a penny on market.

Jason Brewer is probably the most shameless character I've ever witnessed. His Indaba appearance was nauseating. With hindsight , he represents the unfortunate side of business, full of pretenders and charlatans trying to fleece money from ordinary Joes.

In happier news I am currently on holiday in the Mediterranean onboard Aquijo. A joker like Brewer would stick out like a sore thumb here.

I don't know for sure but it has the hallmarks of a twitter based retail investor called Goldie. He probably thought a buy of 150k above market price would rally the stock and rescue his earlier investments.. Just a hunch but it takes a special case to buy something for 4p that he could have bought for 3p.

If its not clear to you guys by now then that's Jason Brewer's fault for leading you on. He's not being up front or honest here... Marula is finished. Hes not done the books for 24/25 or 25/26... Discussing marula as if it's a genuine active venture is just silly at this point.

And ofc if it wasn't clear. They have no money. Dilution to oblivion. God speed.

The market didn't react because it's a tiny investment from an absolute nobody and Shuka needed it to keep the electricity on. They have a ton of debt, a complicated and notorious asset and not in a good way. The market also knows Brewer and Lloydy boy can't be trusted. Only unaware retail will buy this dog and they will be burned for it.

Either way.. Shuka are going nowhere.

The market knows management is rotten to the core. Past performance at Marula Mining will only be ignored by the stupidest of retail investors..

still waiting to hear about shuka's plans to repay the 900k jason brewer apparently loaned them. i say apparently because i don't believe a word out of his mouth. it could be total bull****.
