A few months ago there were serious allegations of FRAUD levelled against Jason Brewer and Marula Mining.. they were quite substantial claims which we were told will be pursued in court.

Every single Jason Brewer stock always has a huge overhang, there's always a seller in the background consistently dumping shares. They don't care what the SP is, they will follow it down dumping shares. They pay for everything in shares so there's never ending list of know and "unknown" sellers. It's was a full time job for Shuka and marula holders to try work out "who is selling at these levels??"

In October 2024, Marula announced that it was finalising negotiations with a Chinese battery manufacturer and its offtake partner to establish a JV for a lithium acid leaching plant at its Blesberg Lithium & Tantalum Mine. This announcement stated that:

• Extensive testwork and engineering had been done in China.

Formal documentation was expected in Q4 2024, with plant commissioning anticipated in H2 2025 and sales of lithium sulphate thereafter.

It's crazy they can say all that and then just never mention it again. And the list goes on aswel, the amount of claims they made about the next cool thing marula is doing. Absolute crooks
