Not much to do apart from grab some cheap shares and wait for news.
Long journey but eventually we got there.
Hopefully a strong trading future ahead.
This morning’s RNS is not all that bad.
Signs of a turnaround perhaps.
The way it’s written is confusing and having now read it again several times and tried to find a clearer explanation I cannot.
My own opinion is that it would be from ONHYM to ourselves.
Hopefully one of our corporate masterminds or those far more experienced in these matters can assist further.
ADON - it’s the first extension period that I referenced to and that looks as if we will not be following those agreements set.
The initial period we have certainly ticked the boxes.
The bonuses are certainly a nice little extra to come - hopefully :)
Terms of Predator’s Petroleum Agreement with ONYHM
Our first extension period in our agreement with ONYHM depends on spending over 6 million and following the agreed commitments.
As we are no longer following those agreed commitments and spending I presume we are on the clock re retaining the licence with ONHYM.
This would possibly explain the speed and acceleration to get a deal done etc.
Very undervalued company with great potential.
Clearly people starting to realise how cheap this.
Positive stuff in the RNS.
Patience required but hopefully good times ahead.
"2022 saw a fundamental shift in the delivery of Deltic's business model as the Pensacola well started drilling in November, subsequently being announced as a highly material gas discovery in February this year. Pensacola entirely vindicates our long-term business strategy of identifying high-value exploration assets at a very early stage and bringing them to fruition. We are now in the enviable position of deciding how best to appraise and develop this 300 BCF discovery alongside our partners, and delivering value for shareholders.
Moreover, we continue to advance our second potentially high-value asset, the Selene gas prospect, also located in the Southern North Sea. Together with our partner Shell, we expect to drill this similar sized prospect to Pensacola in the summer of 2024. With this drilling activity coupled with additional prospectivity from the rest of our portfolio and potential new licence awards, I believe the future looks extremely positive for Deltic, especially at a time when the UK should rightly be focused on its longer-term energy security."
Small Director buy.
Every little helps :)
Pushing towards 10p already this morning.
RNS perhaps before Sunday Roast would be delicious :)
Re Telegram Lonny has joined the group today.
The 1.9 million buy is one brave move.
Obviously unless you know something.
Good luck whatever your decisions.
Crazy day here and over at CINE.
Two companies going down the pan - or not !!!!
I see Nigel has just doubled his holdings this morning at just after 10am :)
Some bigger players willing to pay a premium to get in some with large numbers.
Bodes well.
Buying pressure pushing the SP up nicely now.
Rabat - Jersey-based energy company Predator Oil & Gas announced on Tuesday the awarding of the MOU-3 well construction contract in Guercif, Morocco to Skayavers Sarl, a Moroccan company.
The contract with Skayavers covers the construction of the MOU-3 well pad platform and the improvement of access roads to the site, a statement from Predator explains.
Construction work is expected to start by the beginning of next week, allowing Predator to move forward with plans to commence drilling before the end of May, the statement indicates
It adds that the start date of the drilling depends on the company’s ability to receive the necessary equipment.
Commenting on the news, Predator’s Executive Chair Paul Griffiths said: “This is an extremely congested period of operational activity in Morocco for the company during the next two to three months that has to be carefully managed and scheduled to ensure execution in an efficient and cost-effective manner.”
“Separately we are working to secure the acquisition of TRex Holdings Trinidad Ltd and the Cory Moruga asset, subject to the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries’ consent, after the completion of the MOU-3 drilling programme,” the executive added.
In November 2022, the company announced that drilling operations in the Guercif commenced, explaining that the drilling of one well under the license MOU-2 should be finalized over the coming weeks.
At the time, the company said that it had locked in an initial financing package to develop a simple Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), a compressed form of gas that makes it easier to transport large quantities at a lower cost.
Predator holds a 75% stake in the Guercif license while Morocco holds a 25% interest.
Good strong start to todays trading.
Only 19 days left in April.
News soon.
