A certain poster who is a regular here and holds a somewhat negative attitude has just allegedly taken a position over at Orcadian Energy where I hold a few shares.

I’m hoping that his posting if he decides to do so will be slightly different to the regular contritions here.

ORCA was tipped to me by a UK based Geologist who seemed very positive about the longterm prospects. It has certainly started to look more interesting over the last few weeks and It might be worth a look if you haven’t already got it on your own radars.

I’m not in the industry and never have been as I’ve stated before so any thoughts always welcome.

I hold here and look forward to a great year.

I was fortunate enough to sell a large portion of my holdings at the near high over there and made nearly £100k so that company has rewarded me very well particularly as it was all in an ISA. I still hold half a million shares over there at a low average now as I believe it will reward me again to some level so I have found your daily negativity a bit frustrating at times.

Moving on I think we could also do extremely well here even though it’s been a while coming.

Absolutely our little bit of the oil play in Namibia now worth more.

The CEO is obviously happy not to rush and wants to extract the best deal.

Getting the right deal is critical here and could pave the way for a real re rate in our SP.

There appears to be a drop today for a bit of profit taking etc, etc.

Obviously it’s listed across the pond so it’s worth checking what’s happening there regularly as we seem to mirror it and sometimes you get a heads up on how things are going to go here if it has risen or fallen there the day before etc.

Paulo has got a really strong background and i really feel he’s come onboard here as he knows what he can accomplish.

I think we are in very good hands and I have complete faith in him to reward share holders in due course.
