"Deltic's first exploration well at Pensacola has resulted in a highly positive outcome and, at approximately 300 BCF, would represent one of the largest natural gas discoveries in the Southern North Sea in over a decade. This discovery is a major milestone in the development of our Company as we continue to execute our exploration led strategy and progress our portfolio of high-quality drilling opportunities as we seek to create value for our shareholders.
We believe that the Pensacola discovery will open a new Zechstein play in this mature basin and highlights the remaining potential of the North Sea as a source of further discoveries which can provide domestically produced natural gas, supporting UK energy security while we transition toward a Net Zero economy.
Im very happy with my investment and will be adding further particularly if the price stays low which allows me to build a larger holding. Shells backing I think makes this an exciting prospect but as with all early stage investment there is always risk. I’m looking at 12 months plus easily on this one.
GRH or anyone else as it’s a little quite on here at the moment I’d like to hear anyone else’s thoughts on DELT if they are also in etc.
Red it might be worth you spending some time having a look yourself rather than waisting your time putting out the drivel on here which you gets absolutely zero recommendations and no one seems interested in.
As you have obviously had a look my posting/portfolio it is for your info running currently at about 30 companies. PRD is one of my largest holdings, been here a long time and have plenty of patience.
I’ve learnt not to have all my eggs in one basket.
