Cannot buy online. Anyone else having the same difficulty? MMS continually blocking buying indicates a rerating to much higher prices.

I fully expect the price to head well over the 3.5p price where the Merck COO and FDBK non-exec dir first bought shares here only a couple months back. The BoD assembled here is indicative of great things to come imo.

Along with the other heavyweight BoD members, we have a special situation unfolding here with the recent appointment of the Merck COO as non-exec director at FDBK and who continues to pile in from the very start. What is he seeing? I suspect he recognises how cheaply this company is currently being valued - circa £6 mill mcap. It always gives me great confidence to see a non-exec buy into a story. With the usual bumps and grinds, this story is well worth backing as the mcap jumps towards more respectable levels.

My mistake earlier as he in fact purchased 2x 500k lots and not just one lot as I reported. Great company confidence builder after the recent debacle.

Director buy 500k at 1.9p. It won't be long before we are touching 3p plus.

I agree, expecting a big move up any day and the way they have sharply reduced the online offer bodes well. Cutting edge tech and a BoD more appropriate for a Ftse250 and here we are at a mcap of just £5mill.

Can't see them trying that with the pressure on from Trump and the tech restrictions.

To go back up I suspect. Level 2 turned strong and not many being offered. Gosh, when one looks at the make up of the Board and the excellent products, the £5 mill mcap looks way out of kilter.

- huge number of share options awarded to senior management which is a big positive imo and reduces the chances of any imminent placing. They are now massively incentivised to deliver. - currently can buy at less than what they have just awarded themselves. - watch out for a flow of good news and the sp back at the 3p mark and over as the current price seems engineered to get the options away.

375k Buys 240k Sells Yet down 10%. Online buying going to NT. No sense.

Suspect there's been an overreaction here to the GM RNS. The BoD has been totally transformed to include heavyweights and are pursuing a high growth strategy with excellent products. It is therefore prudent to have the authority in place to issue shares when and if required. You don't normally see a small company assemble such a BoD unless they are confident in prospects moving forward. I think good news, good news, good news then a placing at far higher levels.

It will continue if we see any further buying from a party who has been picking up regular 100k blocks and who purchased 600k in the last ten mins of Fridays session. MMS will run for cover if so.

In case anyone didn't notice, especially Dave, there were approx 600k shares snapped up in the last 15 mins or so and it closed even. 5.8 bid 6p offer. I wonder if this factual post will be a reason for another Dave bb fight?? Anyway, where did the volume come from?
