Having digested the RNS, I'm very happy to remain in the 'add and stay put camp.' Looking forward to valuation being closed in relation to the mcap as alluded to today. Slightly baffled as to why the price is being kept so low but great for the buyers I guess.

The 200dma is just over 30p so that is what I am looking at to break past and once achieved, I suspect she could move quite fast. I am still looking at the 50p area as the next stop awaiting both the German deal and sign-off with Ganfeng. All in all, it's looking very good here both fundamentally and technically and as you will be able to see on the one year chart, it has some climbing yet to do.

With the offer on the table, you really think 30p offers much resistance? Don't think so and I see 50p on the chart. This excluding Germany which is imminent and very large.

Chart is screaming 51p area.

It was actually up a fraction just before close until the trade of 339 shares after hours which shows an artificial closing price of 26.60p. Should open up after the bank holiday. One thing for sure, there was very little volume available to buy during most of the afternoon.

Brilliant article. Looks like the CEO was spot on with his interviews! Share price deserves a major rerate.

It won't be surprise me if they just try a takeover soon. I think it would be far easier for them to offer a decent premium and be done with it. They don't need BCN or anyone else for that matter. 250 year mine life of high quality battery grade lithium. It can't be a coincidence they have taken 29.9%!

A few posters shouting at the top of their voices frankly sound silly to me as if BCN are proposing a deeply discounted placing with some obscure institution. We await sign-off and more finer details but if it is as the CEO has stated in two interviews following the RNS, this has blue sky written all over it. I suggest investors should read the RNS again and watch the interviews. Ganfeng, the world's biggest lithium player, describing this as a 'cornerstone investment' for their company. Some nuggets in the RNS spelling out the plan quite clearly, granted not in explicit terms as we await sign-off. These are exciting times but some have decided to look for negative slants for whatever reason as if the share price has been plummeting but it's holding its own. 30k buys over sells last session.

The more you read about it, the better it looks for BCN holders and a massive validation and derisking of the project. Very tight trading by the way, 27.1p v 27.2p and the market bidding for high volume at 27.1p. I suspect they now know how ridiculously cheap this is looking and a rerate beckons.

The bucket shops and professional shorters sound quite angry about not getting any discounted shares. Instead, they have gone to a very safe home in Ganfeng!

I have no doubts myself where these are heading and so the current offer looks an incredible and overlooked opportunity and I have taken a few more. You would think the company is proposing to place 29.9% with a bucket shop as opposed to a private placement with one of the biggest lithium companies in the world, who only a few weeks back signed a supply deal with VW!

It is quite shocking to see this effectively stand still after a fantastic investment proposal from the Chinese. I think it opened around 31p and went towards 34p and I believe that is where it shall trend in the very short term. In fact one would have thought we would already be marching towards 40p levels in anticipation of the deal being finalised but this just shows the fickle nature of the AIM. I am still trying to figure out what is NOT to like about the proposal. It is world class!

I will be adding here. Muted reaction from the market but when all is digested, this should be valued at many multiples of the current mcap on today's news alone.

He was attempting to convince investors they had sold the Crown Jewels for peanuts without factoring in they will be responsible for 50% build costs which takes some significant pressure off BCN. I thought it was a quality deal in the morning and even more so now after the interview.
