Lost yesterday’s paltry gains and then some!

We will see another NAV update in a few weeks time covering the period to Sep 2020 which I suspect will show further gains.
Still, NAV continues to go up whilst the share stands still forgotten by value investors.

News out today they have discovered Native copper at LS which is very rare and a good sign of things to come.
No reaction here possibly as nobody knows yet.

Really surging now.
This will surely improve the already robust economics at LS.

Having a good run lately and recovered to its pre covid price plus some.

MAFL has been totally overlooked so far in the general commodity sector upturn. Could change in an instant and imagine the fun if there ever was demand for the shares here.
Solid small company, just extremely boring with lack of any PR.

Yep, charging a premium to buy in but not moving the price.

News released after close over on the TSX.
Private placement, announced early September, finally closed and at a slight premium to current underlying market price.
10% taken up by company insiders.
I guess MAFL will continue to receive $100k/month thank you and surely exploration will continue to demonstrate good results.

Off top of my head, MAFL own 1.5% so on float it will be fairly easy to work out the value.
The way gold is going they will be heavily cash generative as I think all in costs were $1000 so big margin to play with.
Can Cerrado command a $500 million plus cap? I have no idea.
Whatever, MAFL should see good upside when the market wakes up.

Around 38% invested in precious metals so could see some spectacular gains particularly the current quarter.

A few more buyers and we should be on the other side of 10p.
Perhaps time for MAFL to update in light of huge gains in the metals.
Zinc up nicely again and knocking on $2300.

I would much prefer if they gave us 0.5p/share in dividends every year which would cost the company very little but would introduce more sticky investors.

You should do well from here with a bit of luck.
It was significantly undervalued before metals started to rise and so with gold now touching all time highs, I’m expecting MAFL to re-rate.

With Zinc seeing a solid recovery, that’s half the job done for ASND.

It’ll be interesting to see how they have faired. ASND aside, surely everything else has gone up by a good amount. Seen precious metals, even Zinc is back up to $2200!
Hard to find anything so undervalued in this market.

Whatever his role, it certainly isn’t the CFO.

Erm, they have appointed a non-exec Director and not another CFO.

Just checking in and I note there still seems a reluctance for MMS to make a market here.
No online quote to buy at 8p.
Hopefully, some sort of re-rate on the way.

I don’t know for certain but the live online bid at the time was 7p as can be seen with earlier sell trades. So, I’m guessing it must have been a buy.
May have a better idea after watching the next few days trading.
