That is something like 60-70p on the share price minimum and as you say the resource is almost certainly set to grow massively.
Waiting game here as many say but at some point of the cycle, big investors will have to take positions. Well, a few already have recently.

Perhaps a covid type lucky stock that goes ballistic.
Certainly in with a good chance having been selected as the tech partner in the new community hubs initiative trial.
NHS waiting list could exceed ten million, a solution is needed ASAP and Bleepa fits the bill.
Adoption still early days but it has morphed into much more than just an imaging app and is now actually looking very useful.
