What is the company’s cash position and what are the next milestones we’re waiting for that may move the sp upwards again?

The difference is that back in the day when Char sat sub 2p it had cash and was always valued at cash at the very least. Now it is bleeding cash, the wages and running costs are ridiculous - that alone makes it a completely different company from before

We really do need an update, just drifting otherwise with no reason for anyone to invest here.

I think the fact AP has got significant investment in Char - despite all the free shares and ludicrous salary - he will work in his interests which tie in to our interests to drive up the sp. We all stand to lose here. Consolidating only to dilute us all over again works in no one’s interest.

Although I don’t think he’ll cut his salary or G&A costs given it softens the current paper-loss he’s suffering - I believe he’s slippery enough to get a good price for the Moroccan acreage if he does choose to pull out and focus on other areas of the business.

The drill didn’t come in as expected but all is not lost, patience required.

ENOG seem to have packed up and moved on - nothing to suggest they have any further interest in Anchois. Until comms suggest otherwise, we’re simply going nowhere fast with limited funds and an expensive salary expense to cover.

Fernan - the question is - given Chars track record, do you have any confidence left in their expertise?

The current board are uninvestible - unless we see changes and a huge cut to salaries and expenses - there’s nothing to suggest they are aligned to what’s best for us shareholders

No I wouldn’t, I’m just in hope the price rises more than where it is now as it’s more or less worth nothing.

There was always a risk as is the case with all investments - but this is catastrophic. All that money invested and numerous platings have come to nothing. So sorry for everyone who invested, I’ve lost out majorly here.

But chin up, we need to move on and see what’s left to salvage of the company. I really hope they cut their costs to give some hope of Char remaining a going concern.

Any feedback from anyone present? Lumpy sales still seem to be going through in relation to the total traded - as per the last few days.

Odd to see a few largish sells going through compared to what we usually see. Why would anyone sell at these levels?

Shocked to see this continually fall. From publishing excellent results to over 20% down without any news has to be down to more than just manipulation. We’ll be at £4 before the update at this rate.

They raised around the amount they need (£20m) last year at 14p but will probably ending up raising the same again at circa 7p this year.

All the while awarding themselves free shares and rewarding themselves with ridiculous salaries.

Bunch of crooks. Even if the onshore well comes good we’ll already be heavily diluted.

It’s not everyday you get a company with excellent results allowing you to buy in at all year lows. If there were red flags you’d understand, but it’s just a simple case of old buyers out and new buyers in. Can easily see a 10% bounce by month end.
