Last few days are showing signs of a gradual rise - some of the transactions highlight confidence. Hopefully good news and momentum are not too far away. ATB to long term holders.

Enormous sale at the end of the day

Why would someone pay that price for these shares right now?

Gents, no one really knows what's going on other than we've been diluted to the hills - was it necessary - probably yes as we may have been looking at the Oil/Gas side of the company winding up once split. There's no cash, wages are still through the roof, its completely unsustainable.

I would have preferred them splitting the company prior to this placing as the gas side has been a dead duck for a while with only power showing promise, but for them to do it now just resigns me to the fact that we'll be lucky to ever pass 3p let alone see anywhere near double figures.

At least its not going bust - small consolation, but at least we can hope for Etana doing well and maybe Onhym coming back with something once set up.

When are we expecting the ONHYM decision to be passed?

Once ONHYM has officially changed its status - I'm hoping that will be the catalyst to some news flow. Until then, not much to see here.

I don't know, maybe there was a wisdom in there somewhere... to be more patient... which has worked I guess... as you're now a Chariot shareholder - that's the quality you need most here - and maybe if things fall into place we'll have the same result as you did with the house price.... but this time we'll catch it as its going up and benefit from it.

Given Wiggly confirmed he's a LTH and has suffered like most of us - I'm happy he's upbeat - really hope it comes back as its been a horrible ride for all of us. Everything happens for a reason and nothing happens overnight - if we do manage to come back from these depths then it'll make it a great comeback story - I probably would have lost my money on a lot of the shares that were on my watchlist so really has made me consider my risk appetite when investing going forward. While the lights are still on we still have hope. Looking forward to seeing the next developments.

Another duster for PRD, starting to wonder if Morocco is going to be the dying ground for a lot of small O&G companies. I can see why the govt are providing the favourable tax incentives - not really much to be optimistic about. Namibia on the contrary seem to be having a fair share of success from drills. The only saving grace is that Char have branched out with SA and other areas - way too risky to have too much invested in one area - which unfortunately is reflected in our share price drop over the past two years.

Wiggly, take your rose tinted glasses off - you’ve been piping about how great this is since the RNS dropped. We’ve heard it all before. No one can be that positive after seeing our SP performance over the last 2 years nor have trust in this management.

There are no details from the board as to how we’re going to get back to a respective SP level, just more jam tomorrow bs. How long with this 5m last us?

To raise at this level is more a sign of the incompetence of our management and its failure.

Cheerleaders have always been on this board to provide creative interpretations for whatever the board do. We are in the dumps, the board continue to reward themselves and the likelihood of us ever getting a return or ever breaking even on our investment is dwindling away everyday.

It does scream ponzi scheme, I’m sure we’ll continue to see these fund raisers until it’s time to drawdown the curtains.

Yes but the fact they haven't acted upon it till date is rather odd. Since the main Anchois well went south we've heard nothing - and this would've been a lot easier to progress given its onshore. There's nothing that gives you confidence with the Char team, no feeling that they're specialists in what they do - reflected fairly in the share price. I guess we're only 3 weeks away from their usual update to know where we stand - if they still haven't made progress to flow test OBA then one would rightly conclude that the analysis of the drill wasn't encouraging enough for anyone to want to waste their time with it.

I don't think we'll get anything until June when they normally provide the operational update / half year accounts. Still its only a month away - lets hope there is news that'll drive the share price back up or at least give us something to know where we stand. Surely the cash based on previous projections must have finished by now.

I guess tomorrow is the final day to confirm if a formal offer has gone in or not. Hope its good news all round.

When is the next update in terms of our finances? I guess that and the transfer of asset from ENOG back to us is the key news we're waiting on before we know what's going on.
