Another cracking RNS, so undervalued IMO but that's ok, just keep topping up every month and see where we are in 10 years whilst collecting the divis. Been investing here roughly 18 month's now and can't remember 1 disappointing update. Always targets hit, divis increasing, debt reducing etc etc. Just keep topping up, GL all

Ebita 4.75 high end for 2023 in the Jan report, yer in yesterday's update they claim cash in the bank has reduced by £2.3M in Jan/Feb alone. Not sure I believe that and wonder if they fudged the cash figure in yesterday's RNS just to try and make the dog **** deal seem a little more appealing. Fortunately everyone instantly saw it for what it is, a PI robbery.

Why not just raise capital? With only 52M shares in issue, surly a raise at 4/5p (pre news this morning) would of given the company enough working capital for the next year or 2. The S.P. is underpinned at 4/5p, surly much better option then selling for approx 1.5p and shafting every PI along the way, oh but keeping Adam in a job. What a stitch up, I don't mind losing money ney on bad investments, but this is a total shafting. Surly this should be fought and stopped as it is clearly not for the benefit of ALL shareholders, only Adam pfffffff

SP moving back up quickly. Suspect the court case closure has given potential investors the green light to start purchasing. With few sellers and few shares in issue could this be about to move North quickly. Let's hope so GL all

There was also the Andrew Batchelor RNS at 4.59pm. Thats 2 people who in the last week have acquired approx 2% of this company each. Should be interesting next week, hopefully :)

Seems a very positive appointment. Let's hope things start to get moving soon. Been a very slow couple of years.

Cracking RNS. Plan to hold this share for years. My only disappointment with today's news is that my HL monthly saver buy is tomorrow, due to the fall into the 200s Darktrace was going to be one of my purchases (currently average 350p) I guess my top up just got a little more expensive. Hey ho good luck all, should be a cracking day.

7p paid, high of the day with 10 mins of trading left, hopefully carry the momentum at tomorrow's opening too

What is surprising and I don't understand, (some much more experienced investers will hopefully be able to offer an explanation) is,

For the amount of shares that have been traded this week why have we had so few holdings RNS's with most only for a small amount of stock, typically the last couple of days have been for holdings going above / below 1% such as this mornings RNS's.
1% is roughly 500,000 shares which are going through in 100, 200k batches constantly. But yet no holdings increasing or decreasing significantly since the beginning of the week with Capital Causeway and Liberium Capital reducing to below 1%.
Surly if all those shares had been sold and then bought we should of had alot more holding RNS's for people going above 1% or a big one showing someone at 5 / 10 /20% etc but nothing.

Hopefully my ramblings make sense and someone has a logical answer, I'm just struggling to think of it myself. GL all

Trading between 8.15-8.40 since opening so fairly tight range.
Still lots of volume going through, 2mil of stock in the first 40 mins. Can't see this range holding for much longer with the volume going through currently

2 more RNS's, Patrick Simpson purchasing. Up 20% in last 2 days. Looking forward to tomorrow morning, for the amount of shares that have been traded there should be alot more announcments incoming.

I find it hard to believe that virtually 60% of this companies total shares in issue were traded today alone, make that 80% between yesterday and today.
That's incredible.
When the sellers gone all these shares that have been purchased in the last couple of days will be held firmly and hopefully we will see the price revise substantially.
Hopefully everyone has their tickets tucked away, I've got mine at 7p, long term hold or a quick buyout. I'm easy either way but there is no way IMO that amount of shares can be traded over 2 days and the price only moves 10%. Big things to come. IMO, hopefully North, GL all

Crazy volume here, need to break through 8p and then should fly back up to 12p as very little resistance
