Interesting to see where the sp takes us over the coming months! I fear this is the end of the large rises...only hope now is for a takeover...

As you say the buyback is going well. Never seen a buyback ever making a difference in a company of this size. A special divi would have been welcome and we would all have seen a return..

I said in jest that this would tank after the divi reinvestment, but as if by magic......

So a heck of a way to go but 11 -12p I can live with if there is light at the end of the tunnel... we agree that Woodford must see some value in the future . This time next year :-)

The more you read and the more you examine the figures the worse it looks, but I am an optimist ( fool) and hope that with a years funding they will surely be able to announce a contract or two ? The Chinese saga has and will cost a fortune ! How can one company make so many mistakes ? We are not alone.....Only have to look at the Australian company that bought Homebase a couple of years ago. They basically closed every section that was making money and failed to order the correct stock at the right time of the year which has left them with a one billion deficit...I wonder who the board members are?

The share price is looking fairly grim. As you say without an incentive no point in buying. Feel sorry for Woodford.. �67 million invested here... the bod are going to need to supply some information or forecasts re contracts if this ship is to stay afloat. My feeling is that there is little on the immediate horizon ! Although Woodford did invest again...? Live in hope.

Someone seems to want the sp to remain as close as possible to the 15p mark as possible ! Once the consolidation goes through it will be � 7.50. My only concern is that Oxb in the future is going to be taken out at the �10.00 -�11.00 mark which may look like a premium to the consolidation but in today�s money a double up would be acceptable. Hope I�m wrong.....

Hey, nobody mentioned the new truck... it�s coming with racing stripes. Worth a double up in sp by itself..

Hard to beat a nice divi....

Must be a problem as this is definitely payment day. The re-investment is usually the following day but this is a first for me with any share where the divi has not appeared first thing! Like a wheelbarrow.... it�s In front of us..

Halifax are the same. Just checked and no sign of it either. Mine is re-invested so the sp will probably dive tomorrow :-)

The share consolidation could be a prelude to a more stable price for a takeover in the future ! If the sp settles around the 700p level a 50% premium would equate to a low 20p offer in today�s money... there are bound to be companies looking at Oxb and it�s anticipated revenues. If they materialise then this would be a snip to a large company. Next year at the earliest.

The sp kind of ran away with itself over the last few days. A few have banked a healthy profit and a few more are locked in. We won�t see these rises and falls after the consolidation. Call me old fashioned but I prefer a news driven rise as you are not buying blind. It�s easy to get carried away with a no news rise but it was never going to be trial related and certainly not money magically appearing in the coffers. Oxb would not have had a placing a few weeks ago if they had expected revenues to exceed outgoings... This time next year will tell a tale. Will Oxb have sufficient funds from its manufacturing or in need of another placing? Interesting times ahead..

Finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel. Banks are never going to be the cash cow they once were but with this fine coming in a lot lower than expected institutions will be a lot happier buying. A possible divi in the future will give the sp a much needed boost.

Just a notification that the 50:1 is taking place..... as if we didn�t know :-)
