This is a difficult share to figure out ! Some analysts reckon that this should be trading at 20p+ . Taking in all of its assets fortune is worth roughly 400 million. Basically its assets are not being fully taken into account. The extra 500 million shares according to Digital look have not affected the sp ? They have given fortune a new value of £252 million up from £194million without dropping the sp. The hope is because of unrealised value Fortunes' sp may drop but not by the full price of the divi. Basically there is 150 million that has not been factored into the current sp. Been here for years and still cant figure it out. This probably makes no sense.. g.l.

Digital look seems to be the only site this morning that has corrected its figures Shares Issued: 2,587.11 Market Cap: £252.24m. So in essence there has been no dilution to speak of ?

No HK listing. Not great news. Long term holders reckon the sp will drop by the value of the divi. No surprise there.

Unfortunately we poor pi's don't get to vote but sure thats life.

The market has never been happy with the small public holding which has got a little smaller ! Hence the sp has never seen full value and only moves very slowly. On saying that it has risen almost 30% from early summer. Can it or will it rise anymore? Its anyones guess! Im just hoping that at the very least the sp holds or ideally rises before the divi and does not drop back to the 7's. It really is a hard share to read. g.l.

Not much in the rns and not much info on the other boards either ! The concert party now control 57.8% of Fortunes' shares. I am here for the long term which seems inevitable now..

Yep, the special divi has been approved. Just waiting for the qualifying date now.

Some reckon it is do do with the fact that 53% or so is in private hands. Everything passed at the meeting. Just need a date for the divi and then wait and see how the sp reacts...

Fortune hits the 10p .. all looking good..

As Del44 so rightly pointed out we may not see the full divi drop as much of Fortunes' cash and value is not built into the share price ! A very difficult share to read. We all believe there is upside here or we would not be invested but this is one slow burner.

Slow and steady does it ! See what next week brings. Can the management convince the markets of Fortunes true value? How will the divi effect the sp ?

Fto may break the 9.9p before dropping back a fraction..low volume but the mm's are allowing this to move upwards. HAPPY DAYS..

Looking good this morning. Not counting my chickens but definitely looking a lot healthier. There is no bad news on the horizon ! If management can change the markets view of the company in next weeks meeting then we will definitely see value...

Would like to see this share price tested by a few more buys and sells. Preferably buys :-)
