Seems to be no real reason for the drop today. Management reaffirmed its guidance for full-year revenues of £160mn-£170mn, and losses continued to narrow as its contract production for specialist medicines ramped up to fulfil a bigger inflow of orders.

Plenty of finance available so all good.

Imagine a few stops hit this morning. Seems to be climbing slowly so hopefully finish and hold above the £6. Kern, glad to see you’re back in the black again. Don’t see any reason why it won’t be profit making in 2026. A few months should see a big difference. £7.20 by Christmas🤞

Right or wrong…Sold a few more this afternoon. Have a batch left in my Isa for the longterm which I feel comfortable with. Sp held well today considering Fridays Rns. Just need some good news now to stop the rot.

Ctl… it’s a big world out there.. the sales just aren’t there at the moment. That is evident for everyone to see. As you say they are still in trial stage (how long is this going to take?)and again as you so rightly say not significantly contributing… with a supposed increased sales team where are the sales. But hey we seem to be on the same page.

Only neg trades at the moment but the market doesn’t seem too interested which is good news👍

Yeah, theres probably dozens of manufacturers who would love to take on Sym’s issues. Let’s face it European plastic manufacturers don’t really care about what happens to their plastic as long as they can sell it. Sorry about the earlier missed sarcasm. Q3 trading statement will undoubtedly be better as they admitted having issues with enforcement and the defining of standards in several key markets.

They have managed to cut operating costs but sales aren’t exactly startling to date!

Being a realist is not talking the share down. I’m blown away by the thought that I could drop the share price. There are very few experts, if any, on these forums just opinions and guesswork. The term “CHAT” gives it away.

This was 13p back in July and they announced that they could “see no reason why it should not now be sold and used in every member-state of the EU.” There now appears to be a reason. Perhaps another rns without the ambiguity would be helpful.

There has been a gradual but steady decline since then and this slap in the face u-turn was withheld until Friday close. This has been ongoing. I have previously stated that I had more invested here than I am comfortable with perhaps because I now don’t have a lot of faith in the bod. A lot of promises but very short on delivery.

What about the miracle bread packaging to name but one avenue of revenue. It seems to have stalled. What about India, are discussions ongoing or has this derailed that? What else is in the pipeline… all very quiet.

I would rather the sp ascends as opposed to buying into a decreasing sp. Can’t understand that!

What a difference a couple of months make! From supposed approval to being left in limbo again. I am a long term holder here and am starting to wonder exactly what we are selling. This must be very confusing for possible future clients. I don’t trust the EU and agree that it has a separate agenda but it’s fruitless to fight it.

Let’s hope the sp doesn’t tank this week 🥺🤞

Timing isn’t always my strong point especially at the moment with Rachel from accounts burying the economy! Quite heavy in the banks at the moment. Hopefully Rachel won’t see them as an easy target in November.

Notification finally through.. bought yesterday morning at 10.15 am for £5.328. Stroke of luck with the timing buying close to the days low! Their systems could do with updating but all good.

Lucky, I have considered moving and even opened a 212 account but it seems a bit of a horlicks to move everything. Also have a Santander investment hub so confused enough in my old age.🤪

Lucky, I’m with Halifax as well and nothing has shown up yet either. It’s possible that it has been executed but just very slow updating. I think Lloyds Divi reinvestment notification appeared at 730pm. If it doesn’t show as bought today I think I will cancel the auto Divi reinvestment and do it manually again. It was handy for small divi’s but often end up paying a little more than necessary.
