Fantastic to see progress. It’s going to be an exciting few months.
Finally, it sounds like we’ll hear about drilling plans. Should help to scrape the sp off the floor. Probably a good time to buy in. Don’t think I want to expose any more money to arc though.
Where tf are the plans for drilling? I would really like to know what’s going on here. I don’t need to be fed weekly info, but it would be nice have some clue about timescales.
5%. I’ve had my fingers burnt on a couple of aim shares so just want enough to exposure to some big upside potential without losing my shirt. I try to keep at least 50% in S&P/world tracker/ safe dividend payers.
Please excuse my ignorance on this, I’m a relative newcomer to this company. I read that Pitfield was identified as having both large Titanium and Copper deposits. At present all of the attention is on the titanite and whether it will be possible/economical to extract a marketable product.
My question is, what happened to the copper possibility? I can’t find any information concerning copper from the last few months. Would anyone be able to enlighten me? Thanks
I think the thing that instills most confidence in me is their belief that it’s possible that we’ll be producing this calendar year. I’ll believe it when I see it , but if it does happen the current share price will look laughable in hindsight.
After a long run up like we’ve had the last month there’ll always be people keen to scalp off some profits, and fair enough really. This is AIM. It’s 100% a hold/buy for me though, all being well the coming year will be very exciting.
This is beautiful to watch. It’s been a nice steady rise over the past week, not too erratic. Let’s hope it keeps building. I’m not even slightly tempted to take a trim on this, the potential is huge.
Quite
That’s last weeks news
Exactly. I couldn’t really work out why they didn’t make more of a point of this in the presentation the other day.
That was beautiful timing. I scooped up another £1000s worth at 9am
This is probably the time to be buying ARCM.Its cheap for the potential it holds. I should really average down from 3.8 but investing money in AIM stocks can be quite a bruising experience when it goes wrong and it often does. Given the outlook for copper, the location of the licences and the JV partner this feels like one that could take off in a big way. Roll on the drilling season.
Does anyone have an idea if we’ll be seeing any lab results soon? From Bots or Zambia? It would be great to see a bit more news flow from this company.
I think we all know this is still a speculative investment. There are no guarantees and it’s been a long tiring road to get to where we are. The risks have reduced now that the deal is done and there’s drilling happening. The risk will reduce further if copper deposits are found and further still if it looks as though a mine could be built. Investing in mining is not for the faint hearted, it’s erratic and can be boom or bust. I feel like there’s more potential for boom here so pleased to be invested, but only with an amount I’m ok with losing!
Bit of a move happening this morning, I wonder if we’ll have an RNS in the next couple of days.
When’s this first tranche of money going to land? Nick quite casually tossed off ‘the next few days’. I’m sure we’ll see a nice uptick when (or if) it lands. Any news on how the drilling is going?
Finally back in profit! Should have averaged down over the last couple of months but I bottled it, always easy with hindsight. Very excited about this one even if it’s on the risky side!
I’m buying a house atm, so I sold out of all of my positions except 2 speculative mining stocks. ARCM and KOD! So yesterday was a pleasing day for me. Seems like there are still a lot of hurdles to jump for ARCM and I think the muted share price reaction reflects a weariness from the drawn out process it has been to get to where we are now. Still very happy to be in this one and excited even if it comes packed with risk. Good luck all holders.
