Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Pureis and one other been validated so far. Pureis are synthetic so validation far easier. I see it is owned by AP Mcoy's Mrs which is interesting.
I've got the products and love them, they actually work unlike the other crap out there in the market. It's funny because you are saying I'm going to exercise them but you have no idea. I'm not selling until this gets to a £250m mcap company and adding all the time. I will participate in any future raises and even help the company to raise like I did last time. You know nothing about this company at all. The loss of just shy of a million is less than that of your beloved company so check your facts before you challenge me.
And as for TG, the group now has more members than any other CBD group so that tells you something . No wonder your investment feels threatened.
Happy to answer any questions, There are warrants and lots of them but I ain't exercising mine until they are triggered at 30 day VWAP. Warrants are actually good as they bring in working capital. Again something you cannot get your tiny little mind around. 1bn shares, 2bn couldn't give a rats arse, it's all about the mcap and £21m is laughable with these revenues.
Revenues Dominic Revenues something your Ponzi scheme company doesn't have. Seriously change the record here you are a desperate man and show how risible you really are.
Fever tree easily comparison and I've not listened to a chancer like Storey who referred to THC as a "Psychotic" pmsl! I turned off at that point. I'm pretty sure he meant "psychoactive"
You honestly think having 88,000 plastic/tupperware containers in service stations funded by a punter will help sell product with no marketing whatsoever?
Run along now and start trolling elsewhere.
AuroraCannabis screwed it no thanks to themselves. Had to raise to get out of the clause to. It's all out there, LH won't make that mistake!
First UK CBD company with a broker note, this is the real deal. Do not miss out on this life changer.
Stand out bit!
"The scale of Love Hemp’s ambitions becomes clear when taking into consideration the previous sponsorship deal UFC had with Aurora Cannabis (TSX: ACB) – one of the largest cannabis producers globally with a current market cap of C$2.9b. We expect Love Hemp to also look into manufacturing and distribution opportunities in the US, based on our meetings with the management earlier this year.
In addition, Love Hemp is also looking at other territories - such as South East Asia, Asia Pacific and Europe – where it may be possible to capture a first-mover advantage, capitalising on its strong brand. The long-term goal of Love Hemp is to make it the most readily available CBD brand globally through utilisation of next day delivery distribution channels in key regions.
Based on the current US$2.8bn market size estimate for the CBD market – a 2% market share would imply US$56m of sales. While this target is ambitious, we believe it showcases the belief and ambition of the Love Hemp management team, which has already proven that it can grow rapidly and become the market leader in the UK, putting the company is a good stead for its overseas expansion."

1. The debt was cleared with the debentures as per the recent RNS.
2.Marketing costs, look at Charlottes web who spend 20m/30m on marketing.
3. Can't speculate on that, funding can come in many forms, debt funding or a raise. What I do know is that the UFC are keen to get this sponsorship going after the statement in the press.
“We’re thrilled to collaborate with Love Hemp to promote a growing, respected CBD brand that could become a global leader in this category over the life of this partnership,” said Paul Asencio, UFC Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships. “We know many UFC athletes, fans, and general fitness enthusiasts use CBD for training recovery purposes, and we want to work closely with Love Hemp to continue to educate ourselves, athletes, and consumers on the efficacy and best use of CBD products.”
£30m mcap, £6m revenues, compared to all other CBD plays it is undervalued. They are debt free and going places. CBX.MXC and KNB have £50m-100m mcap and 8 staff and no offices for example (CBX) so this is the bargain of the century. Being on AQSE is allowing us all to get in at discount levels. Wait for the CSE list and watch things change...
If you invest or not I actually couldn't care less so either stay or go.

That will all come out in the financials and not be released as you know that is how these things work.
I” Shatner - have you seen news that says there will be individuals being brand ambassadors for LH products? I think you are putting 2+2 together and getting 35.”
Are you serious? GSP has been the brand ambassador for nearly a year...

You are trying to outsmart someone who has done their DD on this company and knows far more than yourself. To say they are not profitable too is frankly ridiculous. The profit margins are actually very good as the price of raw CBD drops in the US. £6.2m revenues annualised for starters and I’m sure they are aiming for many multiples of that. For CBD we take a multiplier of between 5-8 so £6m x 8 = £48m and if we take the projection of say £15m revenues for next year then that £120m. Current Mcap at £30m you can see the value here. There may be a raise in the future as you mentioned but a raise for the right reason is justified and worthwhile for a global rollout. Also one thing you forget is there is no debt here , all the housekeeping has been concluded and Hannam partners have been signed as the FA. If you look on their website you will see other companies they represent and note that they also complete a broker/research note. If one comes for LH then that will be the UK’s first CBD company with one.
Another clueless deramper on the ignore list. Get a LIFE!!!

Reeves, read the latest RNS, there is a clue in there for the trigger point for funding.....
Block Commodities Limited (BLCC) has recently brought together an impressive Scientific Advisory Team who will be helping the Company to introduce downstream cannabis-based nutraceuticals and wellness products.
BLCC's Farmer 3.0 program is ready to roll out in a small scale pilot once funding is available. The pilot with a farmers’ cooperative in Zambia will initially focus on vegetables as we have not yet received a licence for the cooperative to grow medicinal grade cannabis.
70% option agreement has just been struck in a Medicinal Cannabis licence granted to Magnus Cannabis Group by the government of Zimbabwe.
Payment by BLCC of GBP 1.5m through the issue of 2,142,857,142 fully paid ordinary shares in BLCC upon exercise of the option at a strike price of 0.07p 30 day VWAP (so the shares need to move to this trigger price and hold for 30 days).
Not a massive amount of free float out there and the current mcap is sub £1m.
NB: This is listed on the Access segment of the AQSE exchange so will need a phone call to HL. Some other brokers like Barclays may allow kill/fill trades.

The fact that there are three UFC fighters and with one of the greatest of all time George St Pierre being brand ambassador then do not underestimate the power of social media and marketing. With 3 million followers behind him any further branding deal would really put LH on the map. This is the start of the global rollout imo.
And yes, Buzz leaf is already LH's youth aimed brand sold on CBDoils website so they can easily launch a UFC style brand aimed at the fan demographics. Propaganda, LH's marketing team ain't dummies!
Load up, and watch the story unfold, this is going to be huge!!!!!
Then sorry you are deluded and uninformed.
They can now brand the oils and edibles to meet their new target audience and put "endorsed by UFC" all over it. This is the best we could have hoped for.
What sell off Dan? It was 2.9 only two weeks ago. Yes it spiked to 14.5 but will visit there again in the next few months.
