I dont think the share price effects the ability to raise funds if the project is viable. WRES secured a $25million loan from Blackrock when their share price was about the same as this.
Surely money spent doing this could have been better spent elsewhere ?

I assume that the new team will purchase shares as part of the fundraising exercise. After all why would they come to a new company with no assets just to draw a 'reasonable' salary.

Spot on mate - that's exactly how I read it No need for the panic yesterday - I believe all is in hand and we will come out of this period in a strong position. No way has this team been assembled to fail !!
