MRPlumper - I don’t believe I prophesised about the timing of any rerate… please don’t put words in my mouth.
We’re waiting on the rest of the finance package to fall into place, which is both positively positive and welcome, given the balance of evidence suggests this is in fact now happening.
That is all.
One of the reasons I invested was that - taking the emotion out of it - HAA presentations distract from the content of the presentations - the numbers and the reality of the direction of travel (slowly towards the prize). I don't feel one way or the other towards the man. I believe he's been around long enough to make this happen, and I think it's been harder and taken longer than he ever imagined. He's had to "stay positive" and remains so - or it would have all fallen apart. Ironically, this which has grated so much is in the interests of existing shareholders, as opposed to the opposite - even if taken at face value it causes so much chagrin. I fully empathise with early investors here (at least the ones who fully grasp this reality and take it on the chin.)
No. Nobody said that.
But it’s undeniably a very strong signal that things are progressing positively.
To ignore this, you’d either have to be a bit disingenuous or just plain obtuse.
I take it you do agree it is positive?
Understanding that the lead lender credit approval was the next step (which must be communicated by RNS), and then the rest of the syndicate can complete their bits (as advised), and that the money will only be drawn as required (to save on interest as is prudent) is not hard.
What is "financial completion"? Drawing the funds? Correct...
Like if you were buying a house, had a lender offer and had agreed a price, but were then saying "well it's not looking good, is it?"
Be careful who you listen to here...
Look at the numbers, and the progress, and then ask yourself what you think the outcome will be...
There seems to be a disconcerting disconnect between reality and reason here…
Reality: project has been delayed and remains so until proven otherwise.
Reason: It’s inadvisable to publish a date for something which has an unknown schedule. Just an expectation.
Although, Mark Twain warns against engagement here…
Not sure why the need to post spurious negativity.
Can someone explain what the nonsense posts hope to achieve…?
Genuinely.
It’s rather tiresome.
I welcome any real analysis or insight - good or bad.
But
“I took a risk and mis-timed my investment, don’t do the same” - doesn’t really apply to new investors, now does it.
So what is the point?
