But of course you didnāt share the reports š
If you want to come across as credible, then be credible.
The Ethiopian government does not have the ability to do what we are doing.
They stand to benefit from all of the tax receipts and economic stimulation of 2000 workers in an area which is mostly arable farming.
The largest export Ethiopia has is coffee beans. It will soon be gold.
If the Ethiopian government (see picture weeks ago of the president with his arm around Harry smiling) had a problem, they would not have allowed them to operate in the country for over a decade.
But more importantly, they would blow up the industry which has a chance of helping bring prosperity to their country in its infancy, and throw away all the work they have done to bring the legal framework into place to allow for it.
They would also be in breach of contract which would have penalty clauses and could potentially be sued for a huge amount of money.
None of the majors or banks would touch Ethiopia for years, a large number of people would be very unhappy - they wouldāve produced a disaster.
There is too much at stake for this to happen.
