Fact is of course we don’t know the sequence of events or agreements. Just the direction of travel.

Do we need the money all delivered before work commences? How long will it take? Will there be a delay for final bank approval of the conditions to release funds and will this hold things up.

Or are things progressing in-step and will now begin to pick up pace on the ground.

Time will tell. Critically, both outcomes end up in a gold mine, and profits.
