Because we are building a company from the ground up, we are using debt as a growth tool. That’s pretty common in business, plenty of businesses are investable companies carry debt. The key is whether the debt is serviceable and also allows for profit. Tick. ✅
“stronger share base” just isn’t an argument worth replying to.
If you don’t like the risk of being outside of comfortable jurisdictions, yes, this is not for you.
If you don’t have the vision to see how this company is going out of aim onto the main market, that’s your prerogative. I won’t try to persuade you otherwise.
And if you can’t see how undervalued this stock is, then I guess you will miss the boat.
