Reading this it seems some can't imagine or can't think what might be happening.

The banks are putting the bulk of the money in - they're really in the driving seat at this juncture - they held things up while everything was completed to be bulletproof and now they're reviewing all the documentation to ensure it's all correct and then they'll sign it off.

How long does this take? Well if you're imagining it's a case of sending a docusign over for a single signature, you're surely mistaken.... there's a process - in the hands of lawyers to negotiate and verify it all... and they'll be done when they're done. Any little thing that needs changing requires all parties to agree and round and round they go....

Be assured it will be done - and soon.

People smarter than those posting here will assess this for what it is - not Harry with a shovel and a dream, but major international banks, a national governing body and premier mining contractors working to a tightly controlled project with clearly pre-defined outcomes.
