Equity subscriptions (ERN) follows bank approvals -> once bank finance in place, expected within weeks.

Major Works Launch -> completion of early works, finance and ERN.

Initial cash from ERN -> spent day 1.

Drawdown of bank debt loan -> as needed, later, to minimise interest

On approval form second bank the hardest part is done. The rest should be much easier, and we can consider it an almost given at that stage.

MRPlumper has his £10 in and was hoping his day trade would take off with an “all done” notification ;)

I suspect the title question meant "who knows the future". In which case it's a redundant question.

Some people discuss facts. Others make things up. Some bitter ex-holders make a lot of green boxes.

The point of all this is to make your own decisions - and (ideally) own them.

NPV of 7x-10x current MC on TK alone.... (read that back slowly)

There have been enough hints... (all facts)

- Eth Gov support / partnership

- Ethiopian country relative stability

- Other mining projects in Ethiopia taking off

- Eth stock exchange successfully launching, over-subscribed

- Sign off off a huge financial deal with a major bank already in the bag

- Gold / metals price taking off, likely only to go higher in the medium / long term

- Tenacious man at the helm with a capable team - who has kept things going in tough times

- Initial sign off given by second bank - no more details for negotiation - just a matter of completing outstanding tasks and getting final approval.

Now we choose our own path.

Personally, holding, feeling good about it - especially the bit post-revenue where we then have cashflow to move forward with new "cherry picked" prospects.

Reminder - the worst case scenario at this point for Saudi - we sell the asset at fair market value - which is - factually - a PREMIUM to the current share price....

He was, when I spoke with him 1:1 at the event, very confident of sign off.

When Tom asked him at the event, he said he hadn’t given a specific date, but it was expected “around now” and spoke about the bureaucracy they are dealing with that means he can only give his best guidance.

He shared he was due to be in Lagos last week meeting with them.

They are dotting the eyes and crossing the t’s, to the point that there are people currently putting together options for post-finance deals at subsidiary level which may or may not be required depending on local equity subscriptions. He spoke with the Nomad to check and was advised it was not RNS-able.

I subsequently feel more confident holding.

This is going to get exciting very soon imo.

Just saying the words “Dry Season”, as if you’ve got some sort of point doesn’t make it so.

We’re waiting on finance, not fair weather.

And on finance closure, we place orders which take time. Dry season, wet season, once it’s closed it matters not, just a matter of time.

By all means focus on the fact that any myriad of problems could derail the project. And yes, Ethiopia / high r/r plays not being for everyone. Especially if you can’t / couldn’t afford to lose it.

But to try to claim the site is not currently active, when it hasn’t been claimed it is, is just lazy and inaccurate deramping.

Try harder - I’m sure there are other risks you could highlight.

Maybe do is a favour and bolster our DD or teach us something.

But don’t bore us.
