Bromtree thanks for the welcome. Yes I am new here however looking at the prospects and situation here then one would have to be foolish not to be intrigued. Yes my knowledge is not great as I'm new to the table but given the situation here then there is a pretty good chance this could double in a short space of time. I'm quite sure that there are are a few here who would gladly lump in more if they could. I will be investing here as it would appear I've arrived just at the right time.

Slippery that's not very nice however my point being that if the company was hell bent on holding out for a preferred bidder then they might be narrowing down their options which might explain why the process is taking so long remembering that the loan money won't last for ever .

Regarding the sales process itself does anyone here write to the board members direct for information and if so do they reply?

Yup good call Dr. I too got it wrong as I was convinced that there would be some provision in the JV for funding without the need for a raise. I did however recognise that there would be need for a raise at sometime after all this is AIM. It doesn't take any skill to predict cash burn or predict the need for raises as this life for the majority of companies on the AIM market. Saying all that, the need for a raise should not be used to cast undeserving doubts about a company's prospects especially in our case when we are embarking on our recovery. I've just been on the LSE condor site (CNR) and they have just taken out a 475,000 loan just to keep the lights on whilst they are in a sale process yet I didn't see anyone on that site detracting from the point that it was needed not did anyone use the situation to build a bearish position against the company.
