Johnstoneo the HMRC has everything to do with OMI. Once we start to mine Pepas and our other projects progress then the share price will be way North of where it is today.

The biggest headache we will have then is when and how to sell in order to avoid tax.

It would be good to know if the penalties are very severe in case any of the posters here intend to go down the Bhargav route and not bother paying any capital gains tax. Once we know the outcome of Bhargavs avoidance then perhaps it could also serve as a warning to those contemplating doing a similar thing. Although the capital gains allowance has been slashed compared to what it was 3 yrs ago it's still a nice headache to have even though a little frustrating.

Johnstoneo your alter ego Bhargav still didn't tell us how much tax he owed due to never paying any capital gains tax. Has he been fined yet and if so how much did they hit him for?

With regards to your reference to me working at a call centre then that's yet another lie that you have told again this week.

For your information I have been retired for sometime now but am not yet desperate enough to self promote how well I am doing as Ill leave that to the experts that are you and Seingred. No one cares how well you are doing or what Seingreds pretend averages are. That's all we are interested in is doing well out of our investment in OMI without having to put up with the insufferable boasting that you pair can't help injecting into your posts.

Rob stop constantly telling us about Seingred we don't care. You would be better off getting a room together. You have much in common boasting last week about you being a self made man and how you don't need the money if you won the lottery. At least you have self promotion in common so will have plenty to talk about when you both next book into the Premier Inn.

One thing to remember from the webinar is that Brad emphasised that they were free to partner or JV without restriction after the the outcome of having the asset back so that tells you that such a partnership or JV is incoming.

Seingred regarding Pepas actually producing then whatever fast track method Brad adopts you can guarantee it will be light years ahead of your scaremongering 10 yrs plus prediction. You keep putting the seed of doubt especially picking a good week when the share price is dropping with no news due and frustrations bubbling. At this stage no one can put a definitive timescale on it as it will all depend on how far Brad goes and how much he is prepared to spend or give away. So if he chucks the kitchen sink at it then it can be done quickly but I suspect he will want it done as quickly as possible whilst giving away the least he can. This is the stage I think we may be at currently and he has the luxury of the next few months to explore various partnership and agreements. Given the legal implications of discussing live negotiations then it is unlightley that we will hear anything definitive until such deals are closed to being finalised.

Seingred it won't take years and years to progress Pepas at all.

For a maiden resource in the middle of nowhere then yes there are parts of our vast portfolio that would take years to develop. However with Pepas, we are just over a mile away from a major highway and access is good with a camp already in place. We would not be charging through villages or have a great impact on the environment but I agree permits would still have to be applied for if we were operating say our own mill for example but these permissions could be easily circumnavigated if we teamed up with a mill owner who already had the permissions in place to operate. Brad has alluded to this many times but you would rather scaremonger whilst the share price is dropping that it's going to take years when actually as you know these timescales will not apply to Pepas as agreements and partnerships can be reached and I think we are now in that position.

These partnership or agreements could see drilling at Pepas take place in a fraction of a normal mine producing timeframe bolstered by the fact it would be an open mine without many of the complexities of deep mining.

If however you are correct and indeed it would take over 10 yrs plus to develop Pepas then we are all doomed and we might as well all sell up and go elsewhere. The reality however is that developing Pepas is now pivotal to developing our portfolio. The big dilemma for Brad now is he knows it can't be fast tracked without agreements and partnerships that will eat into the profit margins but I think the surge in gold price has now made this possible and the language now being used would point to fast tracking being a viable option opposed to your view (or wind up) that the fast tracking cannot be achieved.

Brad in my opinion is now having these conversations behind closed doors and has bought himself some time with the 6 months plan to enable a timeframe for these things to be negotiated and agreed.

Johnstoneo I totally disagree. If we had some Pepas south type results coming through then the SP would not only recover but would recover very quickly. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before they start drilling in the right areas. Saying that it doesn't mean we may start seeing good holes in the next week or so so this current situation might remain the same which as we know will breed negativity and talk of 5p incoming and the usual drivel. Let's see where we are when a few decent grades start landing

Those who are beginning to panic then crack on. We could do with a couple of the rats on here leaving the perceived sinking ship however:

Although they are not shouting about Pepas from the rooftops then you can bet it's going to turn out far better than they are making out to the market. In no way would they even be contemplating Apta as a resource at this stage without being able to fund it by exploiting what's at Pepas so I think we can be confident that it's only a matter of time before we start to see some decent holes being broadcast which will propel the share price to new levels. This will not happen overnight so be prepared for a few weeks of not much going on but those who are patient enough will certainly reap the rewards once Pepas makes the headlines again. It's also good to know that even if Pepas doesn't deliver more then there is already enough there to be more than commercially viable to mine. If some decent holes are found in the coming weeks then it's just more icing on the cake and will make the future decision making that much clearer.

The next 6 months are clearly planned out. The future direction concerning Pepas will be decided on what they uncover o er the coming weeks which is sensible. There is no reason why we can't be drilling North Pepas and working towards an open pit mines at the same time. The main thing is that we have options that can cater for every eventuality that North Pepas throws at us. Even if we didn't find anything worthwhile in the coming weeks then Brad has already stated that there is enough there already to commercially exploit.

I wouldn't assume opening a mine at Pepas would take so long that Brad would no longer be around. A new mine in virgin territory in the middle of nowhere then yes but not with Pepas. Brad has consistently referred to a far shorter timescale given that we are so close to the main highway and if we involved other parties would significantly reduce the time scales and even the operation being an open shallow mine would also be the simplest and quickest way to market.

Nothing wrong with a long Holiday as long as it's not at his his majesty's pleasure eh Bhargav.
