Lighten up Harry some people find this investing lark fun! Your order may get filled tomorrow here’s to hoping :-)
Unless people sell it’s not bad for anyone if it dips along the way only two days are important. The day you buy and the day you sell. ARB was a beautiful gif! wish I had a crystal ball to look into December on that one and BTC has been an easy trade up and down.. where do you think it will break up from last retest or big down then continue its journey?
Fingers crossed Mark. I will be buying that all day long and below if it should appear. What an entrance point that would be for a recovery story. How you getting on elsewhere Mark? There are a few exciting ones this year should be good.
Unless they want to make an example of the company and hurt them ‘cut their nose to spite their face’ then logically it should get approval. Everyone gets something and the amigo world continues.
Added today on the drop and summer time will reap rewards or at least will be an ending to the saga.

Using wording like there is ‘no way’ undermines your credibility IMO there most certainly is a way it could go either way. They will work to the last at making sure it survives however somethings are out of their control. Although it’s a good way to think if you in and determined and may give you the end result of a big payoff. Just sounded naive. GLA
One thing is for sure.. IF things turn out then this has now presented the opportunity to purchase at near all time lows.. quite lucky if you firmly believe! What an entrance!
Agree completely.. tickets are worth .06p and getting cheaper each day take your position and risk if you wish. Like most high risk comes with HUGE returns or none.
Think the time for worrying about legitimately of claims has passed (that was so last year) lol
It has been decided by the company that they are at fault (in mostly all cases the responsibility lies with the lender to check not the applicant.. rightly or wrongly) the lender is mostly at fault.
They wouldn’t do a SOA unless this had already been accepted by them.
I can’t see any other way other than the two options:
1) SOA
Coming to an arrangement with the people owed money
2) Insolvency
Wrapping up the business selling up and dividing out the money to debtors.
What other options do you see Mark?
In my view I don’t think it came apparent to the current BOD of the overwhelming redress potentiality due, I feel at the point of the half yearly results it was starting to become apparent. The journey as I’ve seen it unfold went from stating there wasn’t a systematic problem, being able to project a future redress required, putting aside an amount to cover all to.. ‘oh sugar moment’ most need a redress. I hope things fall in place, can’t however see much happening until end of March and think it will go right to the line now. The path out is insolvency or success rather than previous narrative of.. we’ve got the complaints under control and have put aside more than required as was previously the risk judgment. I can’t personally see the SP holding too well although I personally intended to add on each dip as I like the company but do understand there may be a day I wake up with nothing in return. GLA
This is going to be a marathon an endurance test over the next few months keeping up morale. Going to sit on the sidelines and watch for the min. Ultimately if it succeeds and is allowed to pass go and continue in April we are all winners if not then so be it. Will be looking to add but don’t think there is a rush now lots of time to reflect and assess entrance points again. GLA
Last bit of negative news (good buying opp if you wanted in today) until judgement day IMO doesn’t get much clearer than insolvency or continue.
The SOA is the best for all concerned let’s hope fingers and toes crossed no one in power has another example to make of a company.
I would like to hear the news however lending prior to this approval would be in vein.

In the space of three months I don’t like the way the situation got described as ‘no systematic problem’ to ‘Material uncertainty’ to ‘insolvency’
Roll on March, that will be an RNS to read and we are still in the same boat we’ve always been in.
Heads we continue tails lights go out.
Last leg of the journey before fingers crossed the new chapter can commence and hopefully with SOA approval re lending around the same time.
Going to be a long quiet few months.

I’m just an entitled so and so and money has no meaning to me at least I don’t know how it would change my life I couldn’t spend it anyway so guess I see things with less attached emotions and may not be correct DYOR GLA
O........K
Respect to you and your hubby and a wonderful life ahead he sounds like a champ and I’m all for that we’d all get on very well :-)
Buy into the dips but prepare for all to be lost in a flash!
If you’ve been following this share for the past 6months and your not in profit seriously question your decisions and maybe take advice. It has been clearly spelt out many times by the company and clear to read
Agreed! Put profit you’ve made to ride and the big inversely sitting in cash ready to pounce on SOA sign off
I think in my presence I’m an alpha which in reality means you don’t need to bark which I don’t I’m very concise 6 foot 7 and a puppy dog with dashing good looks and a hidden bark that most don’t temp to hear.. I wish the best for all and protect all as from my experience everyone is scared at some point. I’m just a nice guy and believe me if you met me you’d see why no one has sworn at me until HH and I will pray for them and genuinely hope the best for them and that they find the peace they are searching for
