Way ahead of you HH! Rebuttal before your Q ;-)
My rationale of 2p: the cheapest I’d bought was just under 6p that was with the current # of shares in issue, these IMO will be increased 10x with the min 2x dilutions to come short term, so divided your current value by 10 there will be good news which increases this 50% there we arrive at 2p! short term and build up from there (I could be wrong but won’t lose if I am not right) HH your pretty smart although generally like a risk but unless deluded or in love both our views are a possibility
Lols why HH you can see I sold most my holding on that 22p unusual rise after court case and it’s only sinking now, all investors insiders and ii’s have been let out, the only other option IMO is that they are stalling to pay off facility and then fold which is worse than my other two predictions anyway all the best we will all be good in the long run just some more than others. If I miss the bus or the collapse then so be GLA
I’m now waiting on the sidelines, we know there is to be 2 dilutions, one for creditors second to raise funds to have enough to pass FCA regulations and re lend, at that point or just before I will re buy, I’m predicting 2p for entrance and have buy order in. GLA
GLA I’m out! Not just out but out out! Been a good ride. In my opinion the FCA are holding them between a rock and a hard place now, they want EVERY penny for the redress and on the other hand won’t agree to their new lending unless they have the required funds #CRAZY situation now. IMO their is still a slim chance of revival although it’s been a winding down process IMO for the last 2yrs. All the best and truly hope all comes good for you all LTH
1. SOA 2.0 announcement
2. FCA letter of non objection
3. More ii buying
4. EOY results
5. Amigo 2.0 product announcement
One can wish, fingers crossed.
Or maybe just more silence..

Not sure who you trying to convince Y11? I think you’ll get a lot of your answers by the reading the RNS and should give you the info you want. GLA
Read the RNS all in there
Look back and read through the RNS Yuri, states in there they didn’t give a letter of non objection at all on the first SOA think that was back in Dec/Jan, maybe SOA 2.0 will have one, interesting busy COB Friday, onto the road to recovery Amigo GLA
I’m not convinced it would drop (depending on the deal) if it removed the insolvency concern and came with a letter of non objection and some news on Amigo 2.0 that is the conundrum we find ourselves in - buy now or buy after.. decisions! Some news of direction would be helpful right now.
Was there a memo - Silly predictive txt
At least it’s something to read I guess on a very quiet board, feels like most have gone on their summer holiday and left me behind. Lol was their a memo requesting radio silence I missed out on? I’m hoping/thinking news of direction by next Friday or the following Tuesday at the latest, thoughts anyone? GLA
There sure are a few, the tide seems to be turning, the bears are covering and the bulls are waking up. Momentum building nicely IMO GLA
Jimmy you seem to be very passionate and interested, wanted to make sure you realised that not many shareholders are on these boards, mostly people trading in and out for a few pence either way. With a retail shareholder volume of 8000 maybe 100 of them possibly visit this board. Your enthusiasm is commendable, I’m a little confused as to your motive however other than a hobby and soundboard, think your efforts here to a relatively small percentage of small traders is in vain, trying to pick arguments and faults with someone you assume is ‘the shareholder’ who makes a difference in the company or it’s decisions, good luck with your goal. GLA
Agree Franky, they already had an SOA which claimants were happy with and worked. They FCA made their objections and the judge sent the company away to either make some changes to appease FCA and return with new SOA 2.0 and with any luck a letter of non obligation or said he may pass another if they can display more claimant options plus representation and involvement. Either way the best case for all I’m sure is being worked on relentlessly to find a fair balanced outcome. (As we all know by now insolvency isn’t the outcome anyone wants or needs) As far as the ‘blow the market away future’ the market is huge and they stand to build very nicely again over time. Have a fab weekend all, soak up the sun, leave the frustration behind ready for a new week and hopefully some more guidance with any luck. GLA
You liked my teddy bear story then lols
Lols light hearted fun amongst the ‘serious chat’ what will be will be. I am tempted to buy a dip tomorrow though ;-)
Meant to be light hearted and fun amongst the stressful demanding posts. Personally I intend to BUY any dip that may bless us or frustrate us the next few days while we wait for direction. GLA
Let’s try and imagine a company made teddy bears with fluffy ears, this was fab and signed off by the teddy bear regulator. The teddy bear regular then changed their mind and said bears must not be sold with fluffy ears and refunds must be given to all purchasers of fluffy ear bears. To which the bear maker wanting to do the right thing proposed giving every penny he currently had spare to pay them back and 15% of future profits for the next 4years to put things right. To which the fluffy ear purchasers roared demanding the teddy bear maker went to work and gave them half of all their profits. He closed his teddy bear factory and got another job lol
Not really, I think if Amigo didn’t want to pay any redress whatsoever they would have folded along time ago. They’ve been trying to do the right thing however human nature people always want more. (all things considered they are are decent company with great values)
