This could be huge. Once the sales ball starts rolling and we have some idea what the revenue structure looks like I expect this to be a lot higher than a mcap of 3m.....cant bloody wait. How often do you get in on a company with a product like this and the sp at the bottom. Can't think of a better prospect on AIM atm. Dare not think whatnthe worldwide potential looks like. Take over target if this goes well anyone?? Ramp over lol. Gla 're. the acquisition, I have no doubt this is being looked at not only as a great complementary bolt on but also a potential 'door opener' in the US.

I don't think any dilution will be a big issue. TB will not want his holding diluting too much. If the sp goes to 10p and they issue at 6p then the mcap at 6p will be around 4m. So a dilution of 12.5% isn't earth shattering is it? If the acquisition is a really good move then who knows where the sp will go to.

Especially as there is a much smaller free float. Just ait and wait until the herd arrive. I won't be greedy. Will likely take half out at 8 unless it goes really crazy then I'll sell the lot on a super spike. Greed and emotion catch a lot of people out.
