The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
“The company said we would get Atomic, we did, they said we wanted Cuda, we got it, they said flaring shouldn’t be an issue, it wasn’t, at every step even though we’ve had hiccups we’ve always delivered”.
And yet SP hardly budged following all the above… unless significant cash injection as part of the JV agreement ( which I have no doubt is forthcoming ) then I don’t expect the SP to do anything transcending… I truly hope it does, but given events of the past, I’ll not be too disappointed if SP doesn’t flinch. I know that is not what a lot of people on here want to hear, and not a de ramp by any means. Just looking at this with pragmatism. This is a 12-18 month play for me where in partnership with a Oil & Gas Major, increased production and reduced debt will have a steady incremental affect on the SP over many months… Just my opinion and I am balls deep here too. I for one haven't.... Thanks Tiburn for your informative summary of where we are. As always your input to this board is appreciated, if not by everyone, by the majority.
Evening all, firstly, apologies for the ignorance. This is all pretty new to me. And despite doing my own research on COPL ( surely no better stock out there at the moment given recent events ) I was wondering if anyone who has been in the game a while can tell me whether suspended trading is likely to be happen during any acquisition process, if indeed this were to happen ? Thanks guys and girls.
I’m only talking 50-100m to her starboard side. So not much at all. Vessel finder tracking shows a tight cluster of positions in 2 separate locations. I maybe clutching at straws and talking complete sheite.
WT... I think there are 2 reasons why ENI didn’t mention anything about the drill in their Q1 results presentation... 1) Because it’s not Q1 news and is too early to quantify as far as reporting is concerned. 2) The insignificance if the well, although massive in Chariots world, a mere drop in the ocean as far as ENI are concerned. I did note 1 question in the Q&A that might have eluded to the drill if they thought it was significant. The question was “where is the focus on 2018 exploration and what can we expect this year” Answered with various projects they have underway currently, Egypt, Angola, Libya etc.. not a sniff of Morocco... this however does not mean bad news. And I’m sure in the event of a discovery here, it will feature in their Q2 results.. Just my view.... We ( Chariot ) are still, “well” and truly on for a transformational result here... my gues is Monday. We’ll know soon enough :-)
