Great RNS indeed, just reminds all of TGR's graphene part of the business and its potential

It's October 1st, only a few weeks from drill, got a feeling this afternoon could be fun looking at the price spread. Enough from me.

To keep very simple in Feb 2020 the current CEO, Chairman and head geologist put in £500,000 at what would be today 1.5p (as a 10 to 1 share consolidation took place later) to take over, as a shell for their new deals, an oil company which went nowhere with the previous board. The largest cash raise was the £21mio raised at 2.6p for the Buffalo deal in which the Chairman and CEO also participated. This means that we only moved some 40% from where the placing took place with an asset which could deliver a cash flow if successful of 10 times our mcap, not to mention other similar deals they are evaluating

Staffy In the oil sector there is in my view nothing else with the same upside, board level, strategy around discovered assets, mcap as ADV. In the EV revolution TGR as limited downside and massive upside if you invest and hold a few years.

Humero. As I say we all have different strategies and that what makes a market, but although nothing is guaranteed,I have rarely over the years come across early a share like ADV with a £36mio mcap and a great probability to re-rate x5-x10 to mid cap with either Buffalo or other similar deals they are evaluating and will bring to the table. Time will tell but getting in early in stocks like this is what made me plenty of money over the years, time will tell.

Keep it simple : best CoS around, experienced team, drill imminent .

Hold patiently imo, re-rate is taking place and will continue as usual closer to spud and drill. Personally, during drill I might take off the table a bit of my profit and keep most position as medium/long term investment, as I'm convinced this board will take ADV to mid cap as stated.

Others will just trade it or keep the lot. Apply whatever strategy is most appropriate to your risk tolerance and ability, but always DYOR and don't listen to others, select companies with proven board, clear strategy and in the oil sector drills with the highest CoS to have odds on your side if holding for drill results.

Not worried at all. I have been invested since pre-ipo and am in contact with Shishir and there is no intention at all to go private. The downstream and graphene are more valuable than what we are paying them and have the true exponential upside for TGR, therefore this transaction is very much accretive for TGR and the sooner they get integrated the better for TGR holders. Shishir told me early on that he thought that TGR could one day be a 1 billion USD market cap company and initially I though he was joking, but over the years I have realised that the time, efforts and expertise the family is putting into TGR will enable this to happen. Shareholders in TGR have already done well and I'm convinced that our upside is getting better deal after deal.

Don't over think matters and keep investing easy, strong Brent price, drill in 5 weeks or so, best CoS out there simply mean that ADV will only go up to spud and during drill.

Let’s see Oiler, I think we will break and see 5p around spud/drill. Patience needed as usual, this is just the start of our journey.

tom we all have our views and strategies and that's what makes a market. I tried over the last 3 decades to trade and most of the time have made little money or losses. Whereby I made significant money in investing early in a few well researched small cap stocks. I see this as one rare opportunity to buy early into a stock which has all the criteria, but never a guarantee, to be on a journey to mid cap, as I did and do with TGR. I invest heavily in the first 1-2 years and take some small profits on the way up keeping most for the x5-x10 value increase, which for me has always taken between 2-3 years on average. The most difficult thing is to trust your research and top up when the market goes against you, take profits when it gets too excited and overall have patience. One gets better over the years learning from mistakes, but one still makes mistakes usually because you get bored and inpatient.

I have been here since pre-ipo and still keeping most of my shares. Downside is limited, board is incredibly experienced, visionary, commercial and with skin in the game. They are delivering on all fronts and in my mind TGR will be a mid cap in a few years capitalising on the EV boom and downstream speciality graphite and graphene materials , providing exceptional returns from current levels.

NoEasy I think you could be correct ie get the revenue in from the first well sooner and therefore use that earlier cash flow for other deals and/or fund development costs and reduce early equity dilution and make the upside for us as a small cap even more compelling. Let's see, but remember the board is very smart and has skin in the game which usually makes board decision much more aligned with us shareholders.

Leave this to the Chartists on the board but looks to me that even from that perspective the previous highs seen twice since last autumn at around 3.5-3.6 will soon be broken. Sit back and enjoy as October and November will be fun.

Lowboy I spoke with one of the board members when they made public the Buffalo project to congratulate them and he mentioned that the economics in case of success were ‘stellar’, now we are at $70+! That’s why they are so excited, don’t worry FOMO will kick in much higher. Nothing is certain but I take a 95% change of geological success any day!

Johnbell this is exactly how I made money ie invest in a company with a sound experienced board, skin in the game, small cap with a clear strategy and backing to take them to £100-200+ mio mcap in a couple of years and give the investors the potential for x5-10 returns with a risk reward profile tilted towards you as an investor.

In line with my belief that this is a rare opportunity, added 1 more mio shares, time will tell if I'm right.

Regardless the upside if Buffalo delivers as they expect will be stellar for a £32mio mcap company.

I'm a Premium Member holding Advance Energy ADV shares.

Many posting are questioning the data re Market Cap ie approx £3mio and shares in issue 103mio.

As per ADV RNS on 19 April 'On Admission, the Company will have 1,027,613,961 New Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue'.

If you can I suggest you update the shares in issue, so that the market cap will be correctly reflected as around £32.4 mio and avoid any member complaints or similar.

Bought another 350,000 this morning as for me this will only go up from here. Clearly DYOR

Great that the chart is also aligned, but in my books the re rate is also simply a given due to the fact that we are only a few weeks away from a company changing drill with the best CoS around and other deals to come. I’m of the same idea that shortly we will break above the previous 3.6 ish highs and that area will be a new support on a leg towards 5+, time will tell, but next few weeks and months will be fun.
