Yakuzablue, I think they are looking at several deals as stated in the past and one has to wait patiently until they close one deemed accretive, there is not a lot more they can add in my opinion. In one of the latest the last RNS they mentioned: 'The Board are committed to delivering assets from the business development pipeline and excited by the opportunity it offers, and we look forward to updating the market as these progress'

Really surprised we are at these levels, would top up if this were not already the largest position in my portfolio. Our time will come as revenue growth will be impressive and we are progressing on all fronts. Made significant returns since pre-ipo and convinced patience will reward investors going forward. Shishir is aiming at a 1bio mcap long term and although I have no idea if he will achieve such ambitious target, I think he will deliver significant growth from the current MCAP. Time to hold or accumulate and sit back and wait.

Great RNS which confirms that delays were due to permitting. I suppose news on the lithium plant will follow.

Excellent news, should be a very interesting day.

Like with many shares patience is required, but one thing the market doesn’t grasp yet is in my view that as the downstream plays out a lot of extra value will come into TGR. Enough from me and DYOR

Seagull fan I still hold all my shares which I had into Buffalo results and very rarely post on here as pointless until news drop. I remain of the idea that the remaining board is very smart and will deliver another deal, hence holding all. It’s purely a waiting game now. Enough from me, I’ll post again when a deal lands, hopefully at some point this year.

Glen I have been supporting TGR since pre IPO and what makes TGR unique is the fact that all shareholders benefit of decades of experience in the sector by the Poddar family, their infrastructure and know how and low costs driven by the building of equipment in house in India, top mintech research facilities etc. Institutional investors like Premier Miton have seen the potential already at IPO. The future due to the African and Indian ex China exposure makes us unique.

Have sent the Sunday Roast link to Shishir as he knows Zak from interview when we just listed and leave him to decide if he has the time and interest to get a Sunday Roast interview. In any case we know as they do that graphite shares will rally at some point and TGR is as good as it gets with incredible expected YoY revenue increases which will in any case alert private investors.

Buy on weakness is my strategy at these levels and hold patiently thereafter

Yes excellent RNS. Personally have taken out capital and running drill results with some profit left in there, time will tell, but excellent news so far.

I have been one of the first pre ipo investors and applied a lot of patience already holding a very large position which I have reduced since ipo, but the potential from here is still significant. From day one Shishir mentioned he wanted to build this into a billion dollar company long term and I think this could do another 10x from here medium-long term if they deliver as they say. Like any investment make sure that it does not re present a large part of your overall portfolio and take profits on the way up. Enough from me,

Thanks Glengarth, very interesting link to the Credit Suisse (one of my former employers) note. I knew that the future of graphite was interesting but did not realize that the deficit and price squeeze will be so compelling. Will share it with Shishir and now understand why he was so excited by the asset acquisition and massive jump in our reserves on top of all the significant increases from our existing production in both Madagascar and India.

Market again bidding for 25,000 shares at 70. I think that soon we will break the 50dd around these levels after a few attempts and this level and will mark the end of our bottoming process.

Couldn’t agree more, incredibly undervalued at these levels. Price will catch up as usual.

I don't worry about a fundraise and would buy here, if I did not already have a large position. In my opinion the plan is
to attract some cash every so often via the conversion of the 3.375p warrants, as seen earlier on; this is a very smart strategy as it sets a floor at 3.375, avoid any fear of a raise in this initial stage, bring in cash at 3.375 and reduces the amount of outstanding warrants, which will attract institutional money who like a low amount of warrants.
