Both the leased one and the purchased one will cost a lot and we’ll need to fund them one way or another but wind a couple of months forward and we will have a rig which will provide a far greater chance of success at each transformational workover and the excitement will be back, not to mention the possible additional 1,000 bpod and revenue from Indonesia.

Agree with you when you say we are massively undervalued at the moment. Let's recap where we are from the latest RNSs and I'll focus on what I see as the three main elements identified by ZEN as key to our share price: 1) retain a base production of 300 bpod to underpin current valuation and generate cash flow to spend to cover costs, done via pumps and routine maintenance, 2) Zardab workovers, which will see the 6 months lease of a drilling rig and the purchase of a new drilling rig, success in Zardab will see us probably reach and exceed our 1,000 bpod target in Azerbajan and 3) Indonesian transaction, producing 1,000 bpod at USD18 with plus drills and workovers with average depth between 350 and 750meters. In both cases 2) and 3) we know that a mix of equity and debt will be required. Personally I think that the strategy is sound even if we will have to issue shares and debt as the Zardab upside is far greater than the dilution and the Indonesian numbers would mean an immediate 300% increase in current bpod with immediate cash flow to speed up Azerbajan. We tried raising a small amount and using our current equipment and we are now moving into a phase of this journey. As ARCM, but by memory OTC closed at 30p plus and we all know that Casa and Zambia have move on a lot from an ownership and momentum perspective.

I’m trying to stay conservative saying that I’m taking a few off at 10p, but will re assess as we go as imo both NvS and our latest board member know that Zambia could be extraordinary and they have plenty of experience. Time to relax and wait for the next RNSs.

I think that Nick is pretty clear with the strategy which I read as follows: a) sell non core assets Sturec and Andiamo at best possible price and we know that the market doesn't really value them in our share price, b) Casa resource figures expected next week or so and if at or above 2mio I see before year end Casa with either JV or sale or spin off and list/IPO in separate vehicle, depending on which ever outcome provides most return for ARCM shareholders, d) focus on 'our prized asset in Zambia' with imminent drill start and ongoing news flows, including small production plant. We have the funds to take care of d) and might have more if we sell a) and get plant into production. Personally think around here is an area to top up as it will become more difficult when we get closer to the drill due to JOG’s limited number of shares available.

I was out for a while after banking a great return a while ago but also kept an eye on progress. I bought back in this week as I think the next few months will be very interesting. All shaping up nicely for the year end decision with the Italian assets gone, Sidi going its way and Eastern Morocco being beautifully wrapped up for a a Christmas present.

Couldn’t agree more with your comments Early_bird. I’m not selling a single share, as NvS mentioned this is just the beginning, time to relax and wait the next RNSs.

Pleased to see that they have concluded that a more powerful rig is needed, tried to do the job on the cheap which was worth trying. Will be interesting to see was Ajb will do for 90 days, hope he is a football fan to keep him occupied!

Thanks Fulmar. NvS knows, as do we now, that the exciting journey has just begun thanks to the new strategy and the prized asset. The reality is simple, the share price is purely following his actions and plenty more news to come to make us shareholders, including NvS, a great return. Was planning to sell a small part at 5p, but will not do so until 10p now and wait patiently with the majority as IMO this can truly bag a few times from here if one is patient.
