Sankey I agree on your comments re M field, but I also think that our share price does not give any value to the Indonesian transaction which if due diligence stacks up could be a very smart cash generator. As you say May will be very interesting.

I think the same way ie this is the calm before the storm where smart investors add if they can as imo this will only go up from there levels.

One can criticise Andrea on some aspects, but let’s give him credit for having a board in place with connections which allow Zen to look at incredibly attractive opportunities like the one in Indonesia right now. He is playing this deal down imo until due diligence is complete but I’m sure he is very excited about the potential short term cash flow from the deal which would support the activity in our main mega Azeri asset. Personally think that smart investors are coming in also on the back of this possible short term 1,000bpod transaction. Remember the bit in the interview about credit rating for debt issuance.... well done Andrea for the strategy whilst Palmer and co are active in the Azeri field.

As suspected Andrea is no fool and Debt will be used when possible and in Zen’s best interest he is seeking a rating from a top agency to reduce the interest rate. Love that he is always looking after the financials.

Remember that even if drilling might not resume tomorrow this news is as good as it gets and transformational for FOG and the share price will reflect it imo

Also think that the excitement is going to build day by day and it’s only natural with Z21 in progress and being only a few weeks away from possibly adding 1,000 bpod from Indonesia meaning a 333% production increase at a cost probably covered in the smartest way by Andrea. Followed by a second more powerful workover rig arrival in June and new drilling rig in the second half of 2018 .... whilst generating already now significant revenues.

The explanation has been given in RNSs, presentations and interviews namely certain workovers were successful (195 wasn’t) and some pumps have been installed, subsequently some natural depletion plus closure of wells took place which overall results in the current 300bpod. I do not expect ZEN, or any similar company, to give any more granular information, as it’s a moving target across the wells.

I guess the deal was interesting to build an asset rich company to be sold in time etc and worth a look anyhow. Andrea busy on all fronts and so is Palmer.

Agree, let’s stick with the right deals. In turn I think that this will also ensure that the new workover rig which could have deployed in other assets will be used at least as things stand in the Azeri field. Also was not keen on only 250bpos transported by tanker, overall Andrea knows what’s best for Zen.

I agree with you that they need to keep the news coming and to be honest am quiet excited about the new assets if the maths work as the news flow will increase dramatically on many fronts and much faster less deed workovers will awaiting for the new drilling campaign.

Very interesting thanks, especially also the Indonesian experience and it’s that asset which short term could add 1,000bpod. Time to relax.
