I look at each share I invest into on a risk reward basis, knowing that there are no certainties in this game. I purchased WSG on the basis that there is a limited downside if no ME contract lands but a far far greater upside if it does as expected by the company (hopefully in Q2). The only thing to do is to wait patiently as I have no clue of the ‘when’.

I think they were simply in an Italian restaurant ie empty bottles of wine, tables, pictures of pasta making and a nice Ferrari horse logo. In any case Andrea is certainly doing his bit as CEO to promote Zen and get into very interesting deals. The next few days and the rest of May should be very interesting re possible agency rating for debt, Indonesian deal, Zarbad etc

I think the market is now slowly understanding the value of the smart move by the board on increasing their stake in Casa. Time will tell if something comes out of it, but I remain of the idea that one wouldn’t put £590,000 of his own money in a stock unless he thought he would some decent return. Add to that Malcy’s view on the recent board appointment, let’s wait and see.

Ready it again, all pretty exciting.

Superb RNS which really gives an indication that there is so much potential across our Azeri fields and this will be even more fun when we add our own second workover rig in the summer and drilling rig towards year end. Plus the possibly a very smart cash flow generating Indonesian deal announced in May if numbers add up. Workovers will have their issues and require patience but the potential to rerate the shares medium term is huge.

Time will tell but if he were on the board just for the NED position he would have definitely not purchased £590.000 worth of Solo shares, there is more to it imo and Malcy has also worked that one out. Remember investment banking background does bring a completely different skill to this board for any corporate transaction. Let’s sit back and see.

I have invested in these companies for years and no one would put that amount of money into a company unless he knew that he will make a significant return. He will be incredibly incentivised to get well beyond the 3.5p he paid and the 7p warrants. There is no certainty but Malcy is not often that outspoken about a board appointment. Time will tell but from my experience this could become very interesting if one is a bit patient and buys when others are depressed.

Bought some yesterday after watching for a while, based on previous historic lows at these levels and appointment of Fitzpatrick to the board which in my opinion is a great asset just see what happened at RockRose and is highly reputable as per Malcy who is pretty up to date. Am I correct in thinking that Fitzpatrick has bought approx £590,000 worth of Solo shares in the recent 3.5p raise ? Sounds great to me if he has.

Moving back to JOG added more to my position as I really think the reward potential vs the risk is compelling and I can see the stock slowly moving upwards from here to the spud and beyond. Time to wait patiently.

What I know is that due diligence is underway and if all looks ok we will be soon producing 1,300bpod or have a 333% increase in production. Pretty sure this will move higher before too long. It’s been a long waiting game but this is the time to be truly patient and reap the rewards, not to mention the Z wells.

Some yesterday as I concluded that the story here is pretty simple with limited downside vs significant upside as mentioned by Malcy on various occasions. Time will tell and one might pick them up a few % lower but by the time we spud later in the summer I expect to trade already much higher.
