Well it’s great listening to all these different opinions. I’m more swayed by the professionals tbh. RWC have done a full review of Capita’s business and opportunities over the next few years very recently, before deciding to significantly up their stake. That’s a huge endorsement from professionals. Then you have the likes of Barclay’s saying their opinion is go OVERWEIGHT here.

Guess they have already looked at inflation etc, and taken account of the measures Capita’s put in place to deal with these scenarios- I’ve posted before what they are - and were damned impressed with what they saw.

Well yes, ignoring sp ratings, such as Barclay’s overweight rating and 60p target there is so much more to go at:

Company can be debt free next year

They’re talking of restarting dividends

Vote at AGM overwhelming supported share BUY back

Revenues returned to growth

IIs now increasing holdings

Lots of other positives I could list

All worthy topics

Good RNS yesterday showing IIs loading up at these prices. RWC Partners increased their holdings here. I expect more similar announcements as great opportunity for significant sp growth here imo.

Yes the consensus for sp is that 50 to 60p range would be current fair value. The company then expecting growth in the 5 to 10 % range I think, year on year. Then it’s once we’re debt free and generating free cash will there by share BUY backs, dividends and strategic opportunities or a mix of all 3. Certainly a great time to invest here imo.

Cashola - well it got the most votes so that’s sending a clear message to the BOD

Yes, a share BUY back rather than pay back all the debt would be interesting. They also said they expect to be generating free cash this year. Given they thanked shareholders for their patience with the restructuring and disposals and that they must now see the benefits I think there’s a real chance of it happening. Last time they did a share BUY back was following a 70% ish collapse in the sp so they have history of buying back at lows.

I agree, I think their is more institutional buying going on behind the scenes. With US focused funds doing poorly, UK value funds adding here for big future rises makes a lot of sense. Once orders are filled hopefully they let the sp rip.

Lol, yes not very surprising the share BUY back resolution got the most votes of approval at the AGM

Oh and by the way - Numis just released a new report yesterday discussing the turnaround and giving a base case target of 50p while the new strategy beds in.

Great - there seems to be a real consensus that 50p is very likely and that’s just the starting point as the company strategy continues

I would imagine that all motions passed - which included the option to carry out a share BUY back

As much as I like that we have a stake in Dragonfly AI which appears to be a rapidly expanding company- I like the fact we are seeking out the right technology to improve our solutions even more
