Capita have clauses built into contracts to pass on inflation. That’s like gold plated standard right now. This will really make them stand out from the crowd imo.

To be fair - we have nothing against Deliveroo- we just got our BB spammed about it, I hope they do well. Not an investment that interests me currently - but Atb over there

Exactly, i set out in my post this morning why I actually think this will be over £1 in the next year to year and a half - closer to £1.50 tbh - and i gave clear facts as to why that is to back up what sounds like a potentially unbelievable re- rate.

I think 50p to 60p this year will definitely happen.

Ok I read back through his posts for clues about his super £1,000 a week profit trading strategy. He posted earlier today:

the next test at 30p, I will sell again, and buy back in 23p - 25p, and do the same thing over and over again.

So basically he’s saying it will do 30p and he will then sell and buy back between 23 - 25p - the top end of his BUY back range being above todays close

So there we have it - we know the winning strategy now & don’t forget all this before Monday

Maybe he got a bit muddled and thought this was the Deliveroo board ?

Or rather than update us on Monday tell us now what you will sell and buy back at between now and Monday so we can all watch in real time - rather than, you know, telling us with the benefit of hindsight- I’d be interested in that

If you really want to impress there are lots of US shares that are very volatile- you can then come back with hindsight and tell us how well you did. If I used hindsight to explain how well I’d done I’d be a billionaire- never mind £1000 per week !!!

Not sure why you are posting about Deliveroo on here & you are not even posting on the Deliveroo board ? I personally think Deliveroo are way over valued even now - £1.68 billion mcap with a -12% profit margin on revenues of £461 million- let me know if they hit 30p - does highlight how ridiculously low Capita mcap is thought

Well I think your strategy is out of date. This was jumping around as it fell out of the FTSE 250 and was trying to find a bottom. That was as then.

Now, bottom found at 20p, overhang from Ftse 250 selling seems to have cleared, IIs now reloading with very large BUYs, turnaround complete, hugely undervalued compared to peers, momentum building - atb

Good luck, but I disagree that you will achieve your hoped for swings - this is building momentum in a more sustainable way now and building in resilience as it goes. Yes like every share there will be up’s and downs- but in that respect you could say that about anything

Next test 30p imo. Although as I set out below- anyone happy with 50p to 60p range should maybe think again. Until this is back over £1 this remains undervalued for me.

If you want to crystal ball where sp here could be heading Capita and Serco both circa £1.65 a share early Jan 2020.

Capita had further restructuring to do still at that time and dropped out of the FTSE 250 while Serco commenced share BUY back in Dec 2020 and restarted small dividend

So Serco have held up well, currently around £1.50 a share and being tipped to grow.

Capita are now ready, imo, to start playing catch up. Turnaround complete. Dividends to maybe restart next year, share BUY back scheme received most votes at AGM, expected boom in outsourcing, potential for being debt free next year.

As such you can see the current gap between Serco and Capita’s share prices closing up and then both rising.

Exciting times.

All factors that make this company more attractive. It has the ability to pass on inflation and cuts in staff will cause a boom in outsourcing

I would disagree. We’ve broken away from 20p, and it slowly climbing now, yes there will always be pull backs but that helps to build a base as we go. It went down today, but so what, the market in general went down today. This is massively undervalued.
