Just reading about Centrica that have also had a turnaround in their business, like here. Their shares have gone from 33p to circa 78p and are looking to get back into FTSE 100

I’m thinking we can go on a similar journey- back upto 50 to 65p (65p being Barclay’s overweight fair value forecast) and then II BUYing after re-entry into FTSE 250 hopefully taking us close to £1

Then my hope is restarting dividends, share BUY backs and debt clearance takes us over £1

A big highlight would be good progress on free cashflow

I also think they will be more IIs loading up here. We already had one notification of II buying circa 33 million shares but imo others will be looking at the progress over at Serco and seeing the direction and huge rewards of Capita playing catch up as debt is reduced, dividends restart and hopefully a SP BUY back gets announced.

Yes, they could drop anytime- like the Scottish Power announcement- they just drop as and when complete

Its also great to see that customers that left us are now returning and have the renewed confidence to give us large contracts

Maybe the June update and some more contract WIN announcements could propel us back into the 30p’s.

Always these big rises happen when least expected

The Very positive Serco trading statement which highlights how outsourcing is having a big increase in new work dropped out of the blue and their sp opened up circa 10%

June could be a great month here hopefully

We are reducing debt, winning new clients, rolling on existing contracts

There’s lots of share price drivers here - which is excellent

Also getting back into the FTSE 250 triggers substantial II BUYing from the companies that track the FTSE250 - this will give the sp a BIG boost imo

Well you could definitely get someone stake building at these prices- but my hope is £1.50 and dividends in a few years

Well the Scottish Power contract WIN landed out of the blue last week- the investment case grows week by week

I think they reduced it to reflect the fact we dropped out of the FTSE 250 - I’m still very happy with an overweight rating and 65p initial target - once we get closer to that they’ll no doubt revise it up further

Barclay’s updated their fair value target just recently in March

They have an overweight recommendation and 65p target

Hi Ian - nice to see it stretch it’s legs above 25p on Friday- lots more to come. I agree- let people post what they want- correct them when they stray too far from reality- but otherwise imo it’s onwards and upwards.

As someone posted earlier Capita has a strong brand identity and whilst it’s had it’s fair of issues - what company hasn’t- we have a 93% renewals rate and companies that had left - Scottish Power - are now returning

Yes and also we had the II buying 33 million shares recently- and I believe others are trying to build stakes here too
