This company has streamlined, has over £700m of disposals, circa £100m of adjusted profit, secured government contracts, growing revenues- your comparison makes no sense- however anyone who does even minimum research can see this could very easily double in value in a short time

Exactly my thoughts - this will suddenly shift up the gears

I wouldn’t call a 4.5% rise fairly flat, but still give it a few months and imo you will be sat on 100% rise from here

Underlying profits increasing
Free cash increasing
Streamlined and focused business
Government contracts- visible revenues
Future return of dividends
P/e under 2
Sp close to all time lows
Massive rerate in sp growth potential

What was said is that when you strip out profit of disposals and past restructuring costs the profit was £93.5 million

A better reflection of ongoing profitability is from the adjusted profit figure they give which removes all one-offs and this is £93.5m as it not only removes the gains on disposals but excludes the sizable restructuring costs.

The trade at 21.2 was 4nr shares sold for 85p - clearly being dropped to attract sellers as expect to be short of shares as this imo inevitably doubles in price

That makes sense - I think currently a mix of crushed sp (far lower than fair value), demonstrable turn around in business, good pipeline opportunities, secure government contracts for visible earnings and future dividends makes this one of the best opportunities around both short term and long term

Regardless of how quickly the sp recovers I’m holding long term for future dividends as at these prices I can build a large holding that I believe will provide a very good annual dividend return- for clarity my window for return of dividends is in excess of 2 years but I believe now is the time to build the holding to facilitate those future payments

Lots of progress - I think £1.12 is a fair future target- I never said current immediate target - more short term I’m looking for 50p to 60p

The sp got crushed by in part forced selling relating to leaving the ftse 250 but in my experience once that ends the sp bounces back to reflect fundamentals - which ultimately using an initial p/e of 8.5 is about £1.12 - if this takes a year to play out in full that’s fine with me and given the business is in a good place to move forward I expect us to re join the ftse 250 at some point giving us a reverse of the recent II selling

Thinking it will form a cup quickly to 30p and handle upto 40p

Yes and after it re rates and goes back into the FTSE 250 all those IIs will HAVE to buy all the shares back again- good to know we have that in the bag as future rocket fuel

True - but also if they move forward as a leaner and more profitable company then they could generate significantly more free cash
