Just maybe this position may explain why we have some negative influence in our share price. .

Lets not forget the debacle of our final results when they were delayed in October perhaps some blame was leveled at our accounts from the auditors.

Lets face it we are not used to receiving monies other than from weary investors and the money from GenMab was put in the wrong column Lol

The stock market like to know the i"s are dotted and t"s are crossed in the right place when it comes to money.

From what i can remember of my work share options with BICC it was a legal tax fiddle, your money was taken out to pay for the option on a monthly basis not paying any tax on the payments for 3 or 5 years. When the 3 or 5years were up you received a bonus and you could take the money or the shares depending on what price the shares were at the time.

Both i and the company gained me by paying less tax and a bonus plus cheap share if they were worth it and the company by not paying that part of my wage in cash and the shares issued if not paid for transferred to treasury for future use.

Wow!! thanks Burble for the long but easy to understand explanation, i have been in Scancell now for going on 10 years.

I have never understood the science was only ever in Scancell because i had melanoma in 1998 and just wanted to support a science that on paper looked like it can cure it.

I was lucky found it early and was cut off though the skin doctor said my body was already dealing with it .

Thanks for the replies everyone, it does look a more expensive vaccine and a personal vaccine , it just knocked my confidence a bit with it being granted a license in the UK in March that's all.

Seye will easily get the money the need, they have some power backers behind them through the affectiva aquisition...its a question of how much of the cake they want.

See on the otherhand have huge problems, their overhead is far to high v revenue and that gap wont close for years, then their biggest investor dumping 80m shares through a bit of an artifice is worrying....hugely working for shareholders.

I think we all understand this is the reason that the bod won't touch buying shares with a bargepole.

You're in for a rude awakening imo but how long will the bod string it out....thats the billion dollar question!

Best of luck CFP with your other investments take the pennies out of seye and re-invest in SEE.
