Now CH has to be very careful with the knowledge he has when he buys shares, he also doesnt want to throw away money if he doesnt think the time is right for his initial purchase.
Now the time is right the astute guy has been thrown the perfect vehicle for directors indeed any employee to purchase shares its done via his wages (his money whether you like it or not knowseli) but also doesnt pay any tax on it either the 25% of this part of his wage cant be taxed and if its set up through the right channels if he keeps them for a set period once bought are free from tax when sold win win very astute dont you think. One post note to think about some directors not in this company have been blamed for buying shares and the price keeps falling giving the sense of false hope by investors and called for it.
