Personally I am seeing this as positive, if a company was to delist then why go to all this trouble, restructure the board, appoint new team, delay the annual report and then add to that what’s happened today feel this is all building up to a fantastic crescendo for all involved!

Mark@1973 just thinking down the debt for equity avenue, if Hercules have done this and appreciating this could dilute the shares. But, perhaps they have done this knowing what interested parties are involved in the RTO and thus knowing a debt for equity would be worth well in excess of the £7 million.....so could this not actually be a very positive outlook...

Unless the company they are doing an RTO with have paid off the monies as part of the RTO agreement.....

Novicehunter although I agree with you, the reason I keep countering BF is that if there are 'New investors' and we all filter BF there may be a case where the only messages are BF and they put off any new investors or interested parties. Appreciate its annoying and will try to limit it but feel its good to keep new investors in positive spirits.
