Triflepig and Midas we have gone over this before which I am sure you have both read, but will say it again.

In cases like this there will be a team of buyers all accumulating less than 3% so none need to issue a TR1 that is until the 11th hour of the takeover or RTO, so for all we know this is and has happened. If any remember when we were at 0.06 I was saying then there were ‘buying patterns’ which indicated this type of strategy was taking place and I believe this has continued since.

So Midas it’s ok we get it your either bitter or you have opened a short, but we know the risks and we are feeling very happy about this situation at present thank you.
All the negativity and decamping just makes me believe even more so something is happening in the background!

It may be a wish but if the company or companies involved in the RTO are covid related, that coupled with the antibiotic stance and the high visibility currently being placed on them with the funding and need, this could and I repeat could be huge!

So ‘no’ you would not loose your shares!
If an RTO does not take place and the shares is delisted then yes, but if an RTO takes place after suspension then a delisting does not happen and you will more than likely make a tidy sum!
